I went here to get my nails done last week, I had an appointment at 3 and she did not take me till 3:45 and when I told them again I had an appointment at 3 and needed to leave before 5 they were very rude, instead she kept helping walk in clients and the lady who did my full set burned my skin. I ask for my nails to be coffin shaped and they look like more of an uneven almond. She kept leaving to help others and I am very dissatisfied with my nails. I do not recommend. read more

I've never had a bad experience here with any employee and am very surprised to hear of anyone who has. I've always been treated with respect, courtesy, and kindness. I will not be coming back here. I made an appt to get a pedicure with my mother in law. While she had a great pedicure and experience I did not. I was left there waiting for 45mins past my appt. once I did have someone to give me my pedicure they rushed through it because they got busy. I waited 45mins for a shoddy 20min pedicure. read more

They are decent as long as you don't ask for any sort of design. I asked for simple leopard print on the ring finger of each hand and the lady totally butchered it. I went and bought silver nail polish to cover it up. read more

This is the BEST place to get shellac in town. They really take their time and the edges are perfection. My manicure easily lasts three weeks while my pedicures can last four weeks. They remember me every time I go in. They almost always get me right in even when they're busy. I've been to other places in Snohomish but always come back to this one for their consistency and prices! Love them!! read more

I was appalled by the terrible customer service at VV Nails. I told one of the employees I wanted shellac and he gave me the shellac colors to look through. The person doing my pedicure got upset when she realized that I wanted shellac not regular polish. She was visibly mad and making rude comments. She was very rough on me as well - it hurt. In addition, I watched them not even clean their basins or tools in between customers! I saw ladies get out, them just changing the water, and then have new customers sit right down for a pedicure (very unsanitary). They were also rude to another customer after me, laughing at her. The customer service there is sorely lacking. Not a hello, how are you, thanks for coming in, nothing. The girl who did my pedicure did not smile once. She looked sullen and depressed. This made for an uncomfortable experience. I don't expect chatter but at least they could make the tiniest effort in hospitality. I won't be going back ever. read more

I never post reviews, but I felt like I should give others a heads up. I found this place in the summer and I've been a couple times since then. For some reason they like to keep the place FREEZING with the doors wide open. I keep telling myself- maybe this time it won't be so cold. Last time I got a pedicure my water got so cold just from the place being cold. Tonight when I went in they had the doors wide open, all employees were wearing a winter jacket, and it was 40 degrees outside. I mentioned how freezing it was and they just laughed. The lady that came in after me also mentioned how cold it was, and they told us "if we were cold to put a jacket on"... I was shocked she said that. I'm sorry, but when your customers are telling you how cold it is, you go shut the doors! Why would you tell your customers to go put a jacket on and make your employees wear their winter jackets?! Took my daughter here to get a full acrylic manicure last Wednesday. 1 week later the nails were popping off. Not broken, the whole nail just popping off like a press-on nail. Went back and handed them 4 nails and asked for them to be re-done. The whole time the ladies kept insisting it had been over 10 days since our appointment but they "fixed" them anyway. I wasn't hovering over my daughter so I didn't know that the lady was basically harassing her the whole time she was "fixing" her nails. The lady still kept telling my daughter that we hadn't come in last week and also that they were falling off because she didn't get shellac. Kept harping on her that she should have gotten shellac if she wanted them to last. Seriously? I have had acrylic nails 100's times before shellac was even a thing and my acrylic nails didn't just fall off. So then my daughter is ready to go and we walk out of the salon and I look at her "fixed" nails and they are terrible. They aren't the same size as the original nails and the polish is all wrinkly because the lady was in a hurry. My daughter was too embarrassed to go back in and complain again so I went back in and complained but they still kept insisting that it was our fault. So basically my daughter had to sit and be bullied for an hour for asking for them to be fixed and still ended up wasting her babysitting money on terrible nails. read more

I have been to this salon a few times with my 12 yr old daughter, but will not be going back. The first time I went I had shellac done on my fingers and my husband said it looked like I had done them myself! I believe in second chances so I went back. The next few times I took my daughter. While I had no complaints with this the gal that did my nails, the one who did my daughters was terrible! I didn't know untill we left (because she didn't tell me) but the gal had cut her foot and hand several times! I can see getting a nick, but cutting someone that many times is unexcusable! Who trained her? It's been more than 2 weeks and my daughters toes are still hurting her and are infected!! read more
