I had an appointment on February 4th. To my surprise, when I arrived the owner of the nail salon (Nancy) informed me the person who I had my appointment with was on vacation. That's really funny because (Nancy) schedule my appointment. The worst thing ever is, Nancy had me sit at her table and started my manicure. When another lady came in who didn't have an appointment. And she had me move so she could take her. I was the one with the appointment, the other lady was just a walk in. Talk about (POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE). I guess my money was not green enough for her. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not even to have your dog's , nails trim. I walked out and went to a real Nail Salon, Royal Nails. Next door to the target on Stockdale. It may have cost me just a little more, but it was worth it. Excellent customer service. My manicure and pedicure outstanding, everyone was very professional and the nail salon is very relaxing. A younger girl from Orange county did my nails and toes. She took her time and did a great job. She paid attention to detail and the shape was on point. I did just a polish change on my toes and she still cut and filed them. She's also super sweet and great conversation. Salon is clean and well priced! I'm live in Los Angeles and happened to be up this way and had to kill some time. Just as good as a flashy LA manicure if not better! She's great! read more

HORRIBLE!! Don't waste your money, I told the nail lady what I wanted and she basically told me no. I asked for a thin coffin like shape and she made them square. They were all bumpy and crooked. Also when she was going my nails she kept throwing my hands back at me and gesturing like she didn't want to touch me. I drove 20 minutes from home for a lady to tell me she was done to come tmrw. I showed up 7:15 because I just wanted to remove the gel on my nails. Online it says they close at 8:00pm as well as the sign on their window. Bad customer service read more

Terrible. Rude. Not nice people. Will not be going back! Was getting my nails done and accidentally moved, the guy doing my nails stopped what he was doing and refused to finish my nails. Waited about 30-45 minutes for a lady to be able to complete my nails. Horrible experience! I absolutely do not recommend! read more

Me and my family went to get our nails done here today and the man who did mine and my sisters nails did not sanitize the tools between working on me and my sister. He also cut my sister when doing her pedicure and was rude lying to us when we confronted him about him rinsing the tools off with water only WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU DON'T WANT AN INFECTION. read more

I went to get my nails done... when the man filed my nails with his machine he cut himself and just put nail glue on this finger and decided to work on my nails still .. I ask him to put on a bandaid or gloves and he didn't want to ... I was like wtf dude I don't know if you have h.i.v or anything i can be infected with... will never ever go back oh not only that he reached into soiled box and got a dirty ass nail clipper to cut my nails.... if you don't want to catch something don't go there !!!!!! Great service! Called close to 6 to see if they could fit me in and I was told to come in at 7 even though that's their closing time. I went in to get acrylics on, and they completely messed them up. The girl who actually put the acrylics on, was fast, but none of my nails are the same length. Then, the man who had painted my nails did not paint the sides of my acrylics whatsoever. The experience was overall insufficient. read more

I'm giving one star because you have to; zero is not an option. I have been having a very difficult time finding a decent nail salon in Bakersfield, and this is definitely another one to cross off the list. First, they sat us in the pedicure chair and didn't even turn the water on for a good 20 minutes. Two women next to us turned it on themselves! Once they turned the water on, they left us soaking for about 30 minutes while they took care of other customers. The pedicure took about 30 minutes and there is polish all over my toes. Then we waited another 20 minutes before they even started soaking off my gel polish. (The guy got pissed when I wouldn't let him use the Dremel to sand it off.) The gel color that was in the bottle wasn't even close to the one I picked from the samples, but I didn't want to wait for him to have to take it off the nail and start again, so I have orange toes and pink nails. I definitely won't be going back. read more
