I'm very dissatisfied with the service I received from this establishment and left feeling uncomfortable, scammed, and disappointed. This was only my second time coming here as my first experience was pleasant with Kylie who did a good job on my pedicure. I decided to return for a manicure so I booked an appointment with her online as she recommended me to do. I show up for my second appointment with Kylie and was seated by another woman who was trying to convince me to get a fill on my gel because it would be "cheaper and smoother, no clumps". I was skeptical but wanted to give it a chance and hope she was being honest about how much better my nails would look. I then was approached by Kylie who asked if I made an appointment with her in which I replied yes but she then left and started a pedicure with another client.... Brandon then approached me to start my nails and this should have been my queue to leave because I already wasn't satisfied with this mix up of technicians. He removed my polish then I asked for my nails to be cut short and this is where my experience got awkward. He cut them down but not short enough to my liking so I kindly asked if he could make them super short, and once he did he said "okay this fine, no more whining".... I chuckled in confusion if this is just his playful personality or completely unprofessional.... I noticed the nails weren't even the same length but I was already so out of my comfort zone having asked him to cut shorter and answering personal questions so I stood quite. The next step was him applying the gel builder without cuticle cleaning or anythinggggg. At this point I was ready to go but held in my frustration. As you can see in the pictures, the nail polish literally looks like it can be peeled off with the spacing he left on all the cuticles which were not cleaned. I will surely not be returning and am genuinely confused in how careless this service was delivered. All I wanted was a clean and smooth gel polish, no designs, no luxury treatment, just basic gel manicure and rather paid $50 for subpar service :( read more

Paint was messy, missed spots, and started peeling in 3 days. If you're just doing simple mani pedi they do a decent job. I had Peter and he did a great job. Listened to what I wanted in terms of shape and length. Massage was not the best but not the worst. I get easy simple mani pedis though so I can't speak for other type of nails. Bring cash for tip. read more

I came here on NYE to get a simple manicure. I visit my boyfriend in Whittier often and had no idea what nail salon I should go to. The girl who cuts his hair recommended Anna at NailsNailsNails and I called and was able to get in with her the next day. I had no idea what to expect - I live in NorCal and plain manicures with regular polish start $30+ and quality is iffy. Anna started right away and took a lot of time with my cuticles and asked me what shape I liked my nails. Looking around, I was also impressed with the cleanliness and how many chairs they had for manicures/pedicures. In the end, my nails looked great - I love the shape, color of polish, and so far no peeling cuticles that often happen after I get a manicure. The price was AMAZING as well - $20 for a regular manicure with regular polish. I'm definitely going to be making this my go-to nail salon when in town. read more
