I have been here a few times already and have had no complaints. They are friendly and take the covid safety precautions before entering. My family and I came in around 3:30pm. There were a few customers ahead of us, but we only waited about 5 minutes. Our pedicures and manicures between the 4 of us took about an hour and fifteen minutes which was great! We were in and out of there super quick. We never felt uncomfortable or rushed. The establishment is small and when it gets busy there's no place to sit and wait, but it's definitely worth paying a visit and giving them a go. Needed to find a new nail place since the last place I went to wasn't very professional ... I read great Yelp reviews of this place so I tried this salon out myself. I came in around 2:30 on a Tuesday and all the ladies were occupied on other customers. The owner saw me walk in and immediately paused her work on her current customer to come remove my previous gel nails. I was really caught off guard when she did this - it made me feel important and she really proved herself to care about customers. She even gave me a towel to cover my legs so that my previous gel nail filings don't land on my pants. Anyway, as I was waiting, all the ladies working would treat upcoming customers like they did with me - anything they could prepare in advance, they did. Once it was my turn, the lady did my nails way faster and more evenly then the last place I went to. She thanked me for my patience since I did actually wait a while, despite having an appointment. Although this salon isn't in the nicest location, I highly recommend them regardless for their customer service and manicures. read more
