When she did my gel French manicure, I noticed a bubble on the white tip and mentioned it to her, but she tried to tell me you can't notice it and it's fine. I was going to let it be as I did not want to make it a big deal. However, she did my toe color change and removed my prior color which was blue. It wasn't until I stepped outside right in front of the nail salon that I noticed bright blue around the edges and sides of my toe nails that were supposed to be French white tips. I politely went back in and spoke with the owner Vy and she told me that I asked for a color change not a pedicure. If I knew they were going to leave blue under my pedicure because I asked for a color toe change than I would have taken my own nail polish off and not pay for the service of toe color change. The sister who did my nails than proceeded to say "Oh my God, really you are so annoying," she than offered to fix it but continued to make comments to belittle me and offend me as a customer in front of their clients due to the fact that I spoke up about not being satisfied with my service even after paying $70 for the services. I told her after calling me annoying that I do not feel comfortable with her fixing my nails. She responded, "well do you want your money back?" I honestly wasn't even going to ask for my money back but after she got confrontational I told her yes actually I would like my money back. She than threw back my bank card and receipt on the front desk and told me "now Go home and don't come back". Please don't go to this place because they clearly do not know how to treat their customers. I have been going to this place every two weeks for the past few years and have never complained. For the owners to not intervene and allowed the sister to continue to be rude and disrespectful to me was disheartening and inhumane.

I know most men neglect this one area of grooming and often find themselves being ridiculed by females and makes alike. I choose to avoid that by making sure that aspect of care is done by professionals. I could call this area Silas Deane Highway, because it runs straight into it. It's kind of busy. Inside its pretty bright, decently clean. There is I believe a massage and waxing area (private room separated by curtain cloth). It use to be Em & Lee (Lee's name is actually "V" for short), now it's just "V" running the shop. There are two other pretty Vietnamese assistants, besides "V." It's normally busy here during the times I come, as a matter of fact I have experienced many quiet appointments. There are two massage chairs. They seem to be fairly new and okay for what they can do. Apparently you can use their wifi which they have the password posted up on the wall. 3.) Service: The women are very sweet. Sometimes you can get a half a**ed job, so it can be inconsistent. Inconsistent meaning they wouldnt clip my nails well or pumis the feet well, clip out cuticles. Today I've gotten great treatment. They don't do like other places the foot and leg massage. 4.) Price: I paid $25 for this pedicure. 5.) I like coming here because I've been going here for a couple years. The price seems okay and the staff are very nice.

I would definitely like to note that when I went in without my daughter and got the full set I also got a pedicure I walked out paying a $154 and that was before tip. Just a natural pink color no design or anything. 2 days later walked in with my daughter to get them painted (see pic 2) toes were already dun. I ended up with pic #3. Between us both I paid another $205 for paint and design. Please don't forget I paid $154.00 2 days prior for the actual set and pedicure. Here's the kicker I didn't even get the design I asked for and was promised, instead I was forced to just "deal with" the design I got! 2 days later the nail breaks. Now remember my kids came in for a wedding of their best friend so I was off work not doing anything. We were eating out every night I wasn't even cooking for them. I went back in expecting them to fix the nail for free that is not what happened! They charged me $10 plus tax are you kidding me? I have never had a nail break 2 days later and have any salon charge me to fix it. When I questioned him he said "well nails break" No darling not when you're not doing anything if I was working I could see something happening but are you kidding me right now I was livid! trust and believe there was no tip given this time! I think people should know these people took full advantage of us, we paid almost $500 including tip between the 2 of us. My daughter was not happy with her nails either! They began to separate almost immediately. A matter of fact the second she got back to Seattle she had them redone!! I think these people took full advantage of us.
