Even something so simple! It had little bubbles in the polish, my nails have sharp parts, and it seems that there weren't 2 coats applied because it quickly became matte in several spots. The worst part is the attitude I experienced. Not sure if it was meant to be directed at me but my nail tech didn't seem to want me there at all. At the end she even asked "do you want a massage or no?" when my nails were drying and it seemed like she just wanted me to say "no". I said yes please and she promptly put a 2 min timer in front of my face and gave a weak lackluster massage that said without saying "I'm done here". It seemed that a lot of regulars came in, and perhaps other technicians are friendlier and more detailed oriented, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

From the moment we walked in- 10 minutes early for our appts- they were kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I appreciate the extra time so I could select my nail color. The service was fantastic! for my dip manicure, I wanted some added length, so they started by applying tips and expertly shaping my nails while I was enjoying the pedicure. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere made me feel truly pampered. My nails turned out absolutely stunning, and to top it all off, my manicure lasted an entire month! I couldn't be happier with the experience and will definitely be retuning.

I wanted a mani pedicure so they started with my fingers clipped my nails I said that was good but he ended up clipping them so close to my skin there was no nails . At that point I just wanted a color change on my toes they filed them never cleaned it with an alcohol pad left them dusty . I was not thrilled for the price it ended up to 61. Pedicure vary $28-48. Manicure gel is $80 ish with a fill around $45. I had a pedicure there and only waited in less than 5 min. Although they did all the steps of scrub and using a hot stone to run the skin, the pedicure from beginning and up until the drying station only lasted around 35-40 min. Usually I'm expecting at least an hour of pedicure time. My friend got a gel manicure for her engagement shoot next week. The lady spent at least 2 hours on her nails which admittedly did require lots of attention since her nails are very short. It seemed that a lot of attention and time was spent on the manicure and it looked fairly natural, or as natural as it could be. ....two days later, 2-5 of her nails lifted/chipped! Must be annoying to have clothes/everything get caught onto the nail chip. She made an appointment to go back to get it fixed which took another hour.

They refused do a fill because they said my nails were lifting even though it was a brand new set. I was missing three nails so no problem even tho I didn't think it was necessary. I had previously called and was quoted $45 for a fill with gel polish. When I got my receipt, I was shocked to see that my total was $101.03?! Here was their breakdown: $45 new set $20 to remove existing nails (there were already 3 nails missing) $10 for shape (I asked for coffin, these are square) $10 for length ( ?? these are short) ....so we are at $85. Where's the rest you ask? I also asked,.... They tell me $10 because the polish I chose had glitter in it...what? This is regular gel polish. The rest was tax. Navy initially explained the charges to me however when I questioned her, she walked away and asked someone else to explain it to me. When I advised my nails were short and I chose a regular gel polish, she just shrugged her shoulders. Unfortunately I failed to notice the inaccurate shaping at the time, not that it would have made a difference to them. $101.03 for a regular acrylic full set and my nails are the wrong shape. I guess I'll get them reshaped when I take that drive back to Meriden.
