Nail House doesn't seem "worth it" anymore by comparison. With that being said, its conveniently located (not the most ideal parking lot) and is very clean, friendly and accommodating.

He also painted on my Cuticle line, so it looks messy with gel polish. And didn't clean up the polish left on my skin. When I came back for a fill two weeks later, the owner demanded that I get a new set of acrylic nails because my natural nail underneath grew and was visible. I refused to pay $65 for a full set plus $20 for removal so I went to a different salon for a fill. When I was finally ready for a new set, I went back to the same technician and she disregarded my request to have thin, natural acrylic, created a mismatched shape and the nail polish was so old that it looked nothing like book sample. I called the salon 5 minutes after I left and asked for it to be redone. My nails looked horrible in natural light. The owner tried bullying me again and blamed me for being picky then said I could never come back to the salon. The whole experience was rather traumatizing and I spent $85. Ladies, there are better salons. The owner is quite stuck up and cruel. I will take my business elsewhere.

But I took a chance and never looked back. I see Tina each time and do not allow any other tech to do my nails. Every nail salon is going to have techs you may not prefer. I find many people are dissatisfied with their service because they go to whatever tech is available and that tech doesn't know what they like. I love Tina as I've been seeing her for a year and she always gets me in and out quickly but doesn't rush either& it always looks perfect. I don't have to even tell her what I want anymore- she just knows. Also, I know everyone has said they are late to appointments. Every single nail salon is like this. It seems a little aggressive to do that instead of cutting them to shape them before you file. I asked the technician about it, and she said she preferred to do it that way because if you cut the nails, they could crack.
