Okay. I've been looking for a good nail place. This place is amazing. And you can tell because it's hard to get in. So I called when they opened to get on the wait list for the afternoon. I ended up coming in at 1:30 and left at like 3:15. The nail tech really took her time. I tried something different. Normally I stick with short nails and solid colors. I got longer nails with a coffin look. I wasn't sure what color to get so I let the tech choose. My only complaint is she didn't indicate that what she did was going to be a decent amount more in price. What I got cost me $69.14 before tip. The color was a pearly nude with a gold fleck ombré on 4 nails. I will definitely go back, but do just a basic fill I think. I was so impressed at their cleanliness and attentiveness. Went one time paid over $80for a full set. A week later you can see my natural nails on the side. Make an appt with someone else who told me she's not supposed to be doing nails just painting them. Great! After I had my nails done the second time I absolutely loved. Fast forward a month a one week later when they can get me in again I'm turned away. Said I didn't have an appt and they can get me in in ANOTHER 2 weeks. If you get the right person your nails will come out good. The most horrific nail experience ever. The first thing I noticed was the intense smell of cigarette smoke and the uncleanliness of the place. I walked in half an hour after opening, 10:00 am. I put my sisters and my name on the list and was excited to see that there was only one name before us. We waited over 2 hrs and didn't get seated until 12:30. We didn't leave until 2:30 pm. On top of that while they were doing our nails they kept leaving us and working on other people's nails who had just walked in and hadn't been waiting at all.Mind you this was a walk in only day. They were extremely rude and inconsiderate. Especially when I asked them to fix the nail polish dents that the nail technician did herself but tried to ignore. My nails were rushed full of dents and lint trapped under the polish. Not to mention how distracted they were working on multiple people. They would have finished sooner if the lady hadn't done a whole manicure In the middle of her working on my set. Honestly it was such a joke. As soon as I come in I am always greated and they are always so nice. I always get acrylic nails and I show them a picture of the design I want and they make it look 99% just like the picture. They always make sure your nails look the way you want it. They always fix your nails if you ask them too with no problem or if they notice it they fix it on their own. They are a great place to go to. They can also do many different great designs. My friend has gone there and loved her nails and my mom has gone there and loved her nails. Amazing Place! I've been here once and I was immediately pampered. The shellac manicure is $20. Pedicure and Mani is $35...they have top name brands for nail polish...Essie, OPI..& Shellac. I can't say enough great things about idesign. Not only did they take me for a fill 45 mins before closing the tech didn't rush and took her time staying over an hour late. She did such a fantastic job completely reshaping the set I had done elsewhere (it was atrocious). It literally looks like a got a whole new set! HI I have been going to I Design Nails for a long time now and I always make my appointments with Leana, I have never been hurt by her like some others that I have been too. she is very fast and does an excellent job. Her Daughter is super sweet and I bring my chihuahua with me and her little girl holds her and it is so cute. Leana can do whatever style you want she is absolutely the best. I have had her brother who works next to her do my toes and he does a great job too. But if you really want to relax go for the pedicure it is long and when you are done your feet are so soft. The chair is a massage chair you can control as you are getting your legs massaged. Pick out your favorite color of polish on the wall before you start, Another reason I love it is because the place is super clean always. I walked in for a gel manicure and they said it would be a 20-25 minute wait. After over 40 minutes they realized I was still waiting and had someone start doing my nails. They had me move from station to station to make room for others. My bill came out to around $41 and displeased with my service I left around a $4 and some change tip- leave my total at $45. I checked my bank account the next day to see that they had altered my tip and added on an additional $3 to charge me $48. If I had not thrown out my receipt I would have gone back and gotten my money back. Very wrong. read more

As previously mentioned in other reviews, all tools came in a sealed and sanitized packet and staff is courteous, thoughtful and professional. Sophie, the nail technician, is a pro at her craft. I asked for a French manicure. I was extremely pleased with the results; my nails look stunning and natural. Normally, people don't really notice that I've had my nails done. Today, I've received multiple compliments from others about how beautiful my nails look. I was stopped at the store and asked where I had my nails done. I'll be returning in 2 weeks. Location wise this place is convenient for me, but I didn't experience anything other than a subpar typical nail service. My nail tech was bossy and somewhat condescending. She did a fine job on my nails but seemed inconvenienced that I asked her to clean off polish from my finger. The drying took FOREVER which also isn't normal for regular polish. I went to iDesign with an appointment to get acrylic nails with a gel coat. I was planning on getting ombre nails (pink and white with glitter). My first issue was that i got there 10 minutes early, and yet they took me about 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment, I was slightly annoyed because I had another appointment scheduled after this one. Although they had taken me in way past the actual appointment, the lady doing my nails worked on me and another costumer at the same time!! I was getting really annoyed because I go into a salon expecting to be given the service that I'm paying for. So, the lady continues on my nails, she did a decent job but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Due to the fact that she 1.) took my in late and 2.) worked on another lady at the same time as me, I had to reschedule my other appointment. To finish this story off, I asked for gel, and what did the lady forget to do? Put on gel! I couldn't waste any more time due to the other appointment, so I had to simply pay and leave. just wonderful!! the shop is very, very clean. the tools all come in closed packets after being sterilized. the pedicure chairs are massage chairs, so the experience is wonderful. i have extremely sensitive feet and this was only my second pedicure. i was so fortunate to be taken care of by Sabacla(?). He was gentle, thoughtful and attentive. he was able to massage the soles of my feet when even i can't! he also gave me a wonderful manicure and hand massage. he took his time and was very careful with both the pedi and the mani. the only other time i went for a mani-pedi was at a very high end spa. idesign was a much better experience! and the cost was so reasonable! i think i'll become a regular.... read more
