I even had multiple conversations with the same person about the situation. Not a single employee gives a crap about their disabled patrons. Their suggestion was for me to contact their landlord. Me. Because now that's my job too? I'm very frustrated by their lack of compassion and desire to uphold the law. I cannot recommend that you frequent this place if you have mobility issues and no one to drop you off at the door.

Piper's studio was clean and welcoming, and she herself was very friendly and put me at ease. This was probably the least painful one I've ever had too. She uses a combination of strip and hard wax which (I feel) made it easier to get everything off. She is a true professional and clearly knows what she's doing. They open at 8 and my appointment was 8:30. The secretary was lovely and the aesthetician was great. That's not my concern. When i walked into the room i could tell the white hygienic paper had already been used that was draped over the table because not only were there wrinkles in it but there were dark spots at the top where you rest your head, in the middle and down by where say your ankles would be. i concluded it could possibly be post wax oils(?) and frankly i almost walked right out the door because i was really grossed out but i was desperate since my regular lady who i have been going to for 20 years is on vacation.
