With that being said, after not being able to get my nails done for about a year due to a life saving surgery, I decided to go again to the place Ive trusted for years... I go in and get sat at a chair. I show him the design and he says he can't do it. That fine. Understandable. But that's it. He just starts doing my nails. Ask the shape, coffin. Length? Medium. He left them long. The acrylic was uneven, and on the first finger he started to file, he cut me. Which led to that finger being basically left untouched. I sat down at 5:45pm and wasn't out until 8:15pm. They close at 730pm... After leaving unhappy I went back to have them fixed. And they were amazing! Until the next day... my gel must've had a bubble that went unnoticed cause I woke up to my gel on my thumb looking like it was cut open with a knife... While I appreciate them fixing it and not trying to charge me, I will not be going back in. I've given 4 chances. 3 too many And honestly now I know why. Also, having the, what I could assume as the owners wife and owner, hovering over you and talking to you like you (PAYING customer) made the mistake not calling right away. 1. It was after closing and 2. You left a female customer ALONE with a male employee after the store closed. I'll be going anywhere else at this point.

A lady who was having a French manicure done said "Oh ,I've been coming here for years they are great!" So I knew I was in good hands! I got a pedi standard. It was only 35 bucks!! What a total deal. My tech did such a great job and really paid attention to the details. I felt as though they where not rushing through. I cannot recommend this place enough!! I will be returning again and again!

I was told yes, so I made the drive over expecting to be helped within a reasonable amount of time. When I arrived, the salon was clearly overwhelmed. The nail techs were visibly arguing with each other about who was going to take me, all of the stations was already full, and there was a line of people waiting. I completely understand that it's the Friday before Mother's Day and businesses get busy, but that's exactly why appointments and availability should be communicated honestly. After sitting me down and telling me to pick a color, the nail tech started drilling into my nail and then suddenly asked if I had acrylic or gel. When I answered acrylic, he became frustrated and started blaming the employee who answered the phone, saying they were told it was gel. Somehow the confusion turned into me being treated like I had done something wrong. I was then told I would need to wait another 30 minutes for someone else to become available -- after already being started on. At that point, I left upset, with a partially worked-on nail. I hate that so many nail salons overbook and overpromise instead of just being upfront with customers. A little honesty and professionalism would go a long way.

Not to mention It's been 4 days and my gel polish is also chipping.. I guess it was a waste of money and time.
