Terrible customer service and zero respect for appointments…read more I booked an appointment two weeks ago with Sky. When I walked in today at 9:00 AM, I was told she was on vacation. While it's annoying their online booking allowed that, I understand mistakes happen. However, what happened next was unacceptable. Another technician started on my nails, but 15 minutes into the service, a woman and her daughter walked in saying they just called and were told to come down. My technician literally stopped working on me, packed up her things, and told me to go sit down and wait for someone else so she could take them instead. Giving away a paying client's technician mid-service to accommodate a last-minute call is incredibly unprofessional. I sat there waiting, and still, no one else came to help me. I just kept being told someone else would help me "when they were done." When I pointed out how unprofessional this was, the technician got incredibly rude and defensive, snapping that she "isn't a manager." I ended up walking out. I work long hours at the hospital and was hoping to use my rare time off to relax, not be subjected to unnecessary stress and rude attitude. Paying for a service is not supposed to go this way. I will absolutely not be returning.

I was suggestively pushed to gel by everyone I interacted with and not ever exactly told which colors were available in regular polish. The pedicure was fine. The price was fine. The attendant was a little rough moving my legs around, but nice otherwise. I wouldn't ever deter anyone from coming here, but there's a lot of nail salon options available, so I'm going to try others.

I don't know her name, but I've had her several times now and each experience has been uncomfortable. She makes faces and gestures while doing my feet that make me feel judged, and she repeatedly tries to push the more expensive pedicure services even after I've already decided what I want. I've tried the upgraded services before and personally don't notice enough of a difference to continue paying for them. This last visit, I chose regular polish instead of gel and was suddenly told there would be a $5 gel removal charge. I understand salons may have additional fees, but I would appreciate those fees being communicated clearly beforehand rather than finding out during the service. More concerning is that I've had actual pain after pedicures with this technician. She digs deeply around the sides of my toenails trying to remove what she says are ingrown nails, and my toe is still hurting from my most recent appointment. The previous time she did my pedicure, the tips of my toenails were so tender/cracked afterward that even bumping them against something made it feel like the nail was going to rip. I've had pedicures for years and this has not been a recurring problem for me with other technicians. What's frustrating is that my manicure during the SAME visit was completely different. I wish I had gotten that technician's name because she was wonderful. She wasn't overly talkative or giving some exaggerated customer-service performance--she was simply polite, relaxed, did my nails nicely, and somehow we naturally vibed. That's honestly all I want when I go to a nail salon. I don't expect anyone to entertain me or have a long conversation with me. I just want to be treated politely, not feel judged, receive the service I asked for without being pressured into upgrades, and leave without my toes hurting. After being a customer here for a while, I'm disappointed that something I used to enjoy has started feeling like an appointment I dread depending on which technician I get.

When I finally got my pedicure, Vanessa was nice enough, but the quality of her work was honestly not good. My French tips were sloppy, uneven, and inconsistent, and the overall finish looked rushed. She also never asked me what shade of pink I wanted, which I thought was pretty basic when getting a specific nail design. When I politely mentioned that I wasn't happy with how my nails turned out, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to fix the issue or even offering a reasonable solution, she told me that "next time I should speak up." I was literally speaking up at that moment. What bothered me most was the complete lack of customer service. I wasn't asking for anything crazy! I simply expected the manager to acknowledge that I wasn't satisfied and offer an option to make it right. No discount, no correction, no alternative solution.. just an attitude. I don't mind paying for good service, but when the work is sloppy and the manager makes you feel like you're the problem for bringing it up, that's a major red flag. Thomas was fantastic, but unfortunately one good experience wasn't enough to make up for the poor pedicure and the manager's attitude. Definitely won't be coming back.

Granted I didn't have anything to take off previously, but I have never had my nails done that fast. Ever! I am so happy that I found this little gem. I made an appointment online ahead of time with Julie. When I arrived, I told them I had an appointment and was asked to sit down. About 10 minutes later, they told me they *didn't have my appointment*. I even showed them my confirmation and confirmed the address, and instead of taking responsibility, they asked if I was at the right salon. At that point, they asked if someone else could do my nails since my appointment "wasn't there." I agreed, but honestly, I should have left. I was seated with Mai. I came in with long, natural nails that I really loved. She asked if I wanted them shorter and I said, "just a tiny bit shorter." Before I could even clarify, she immediately grabbed the clippers and cut one of my nails way too short without checking. I was shocked. When I told her how upset I was, she just said "sorry" and continued cutting the rest of my nails down basically in half. I was honestly devastated. Then came the color issue. I originally picked a yellow but changed my mind because with my nails now so short, I wanted something I felt better about. I asked for a purple shade. She brought over a color board, I picked one, and then suddenly I'm told it's $5 extra. Why bring me an upcharge option without saying anything, especially after everything that already happened? The colors weren't even anything special. I declined and picked something similar that wasn't extra. The quality of the service just kept going downhill. The polish was messy, getting into my cuticles, and she didn't clean it up before curing. She also applied two coats of top coat on one hand and only one on the other. Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The lack of communication, poor technique, and disregard for what I asked for was unacceptable. Also, for the record - I *did* have an appointment, as I received both a confirmation and a follow-up "please leave a review" text afterward. I will not be returning. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else unless you're specifically seeing Julie, and even then, don't count on your appointment being honored.

Went to get an acryllic full set yesterday and Michael was very helpful to find the specfic nail polish colors I wanted from the picture I showed on my phone. He also really made sure each nail was shaped, buffered and painted perfectly. Today I went back because I realized the second color I picked to only have on my pointer fingers looked awkward so the lady there was super nice about it and painted them the other color without hesitation. I will definitely be going back to them :) read more

I could see this explanation on my first visit and before anything......but Giving her the benefit of doubt and after 2 voicemails left and 2 texts left, she has ghosted me - completely no contact to explain anything. I went in with bitten and filed down nails (no fungus what-so-ever) and she made them beautiful again. I broke 1 before 2nd appt and at that appt she fixed and filled all. She herself said the darker underneath was almost gone (meaning my natural nail was growing nicely)....Mind you I paid in cash every time and always gave a 20% to 25% tip. I didn't even mind having to sign a visiting form each time and having my temp checked and wearing a mask there. So I wanted to let all know the integrity involved with this Owner.
