The guy at the front desk was so nice and friendly! I came in with two other girls and they both got pedicures while i got an acrylic fill. I think i just got a lady going through a bad day because my friends had great service and their toes came out great. My lady kept getting annoyed with how my hand was laying on hers, and she rushed the whole thing. I was done in less than 15 mins. (Granted, this was my first time getting a fill so im not sure how long they are supposed to take) but my nails came out with parts not painted and i was bleeding on one of my fingers. Every one else was supper friendly but im not sure if ill come back. Update: Because this was my first acrylic fill when I wrote this review I was not aware that all the bumps and missing polish was not normal. Now I know! This was a very bad fill job. Not to mention It's been 4 days and my gel polish is also chipping.. I guess it was a waste of money and time. HORRIBLE SERVICE by Hellen. I have been getting full sets (from elsewhere) for many years & I've never had a technician force & wiggle my fingers to stay a certain way the ENTIRE SERVICE. In a very forceful way btw. & on top of that while she was filing my nails, she cut me because she lacked the skills to know that you have to create a crease between the corner of the nail & the skin first before filing. She was working so fast. She did not even add cuticle oil to my nails nor did she spray my nails with alcohol. Very rude technician & not welcoming whatsoever. I will not be returning. Called early in the day to see if they had availability for two full sets. The person who answered the phone was very nice and said yes , come on down. During the service everyone was professional so I don't have any complaints on that. However the quality of the work is not at all worth what they charge. I got a full set of acrylics and my friends daughter asked for gel x extensions. After getting a couple cuts on my cuticles , the sloppy work and ridiculous prices .. we will not be coming here again. There was dried acrylic all around my nails too after the service. Not to mention sanitation doesn't seem to be a thing here. The lady filled my nails and after the service used the same file for her toe nails and just put it back in the box. Had the upgraded service with callus removal but still felt the need to go home and smooth my heels down afterward. Cuticles barely touched and lotion massage was maybe 30 seconds. $96 for a pedicure ?!?! Ridiculous right ? I got a pedicure with acrylic on my big toe only , and design on my big toe (flower and leaves) only as well walked out paying $96 . Never in my life have i paid this much and i always get something similar. I got the $36 plus the add ons should have not been that much . When you try to simply ask they kinda get mad and almost attack you with an attitude. Ridiculous if you ask me ; i've came here a couple times and it's been pleasant (bee is awesome for pedicures) but today i went (another tech) and left as a disappointed customer that will most likely not return . I called prior to coming in got there at 11:45 got my chair and toes in water 10 minutes after ; waited an additional 30-40 minutes to FINALLY have someone assist me And start working on my toes . While 2 walk in's got helped immediately. Didn't leave the nail salon til 1:54 p.m just for a pedicure . I was livid . Did not tip this time due to terrible service , time wasted, and attitude that was provided. They pick and choose who they want to help right away . And then talk in there own language then laugh as soon as you say something you don't like which makes it known that they are talking shit about you . Unprofessional. Someone with an appointment at 12 didn't get helped for like 30 minutes either lol. It's crazy and seems pointless to make an appointment if this is how they are operating the business . I really wanted to like this place because it's located near my house but every time I go in there, i leave disappointed!! Whether I have an appointment or go as a walk-in, it never runs smoothly. The technician is not there or is late (even when I booked the first appointment of the morning, no one was there on time to open the shop). And they're never apologetic!! Just kinda shrug it off, with a "if you don't like it you can leave" type of personality. Today. I went in to have a set of tips soaked off and then get a dip manicure. I was seated right away but then left to soak for almost an 40 minutes. Meanwhile, a woman with an appointment came in and two other walk ins for fingernails. When they remembered me sitting there, I was asked to move and wait 15 to 20 minutes. I reminded them that I was here before the other two walk ins but they didn't seem to really care and asked me again to wait. I asked if they could just finish removing the nails I had been soaking and the technician angrily rushed through the process and charged me $10 for removal. I was really disappointed with how she left my hands and asked her if I could have some solution to clean up my hands. At first I thought it was gonna be a good experience. It was calm in there except for the fact they were all yelling at each other in Vietnamese. Which made it a very stressful experience. Not only that but when drilling my nails she cut in one spot on my finger then drilled that same spot multiple time until I was bleeding quite a lot. I had my nails done by Helen she was extremely rude and keep yanking on my hand and yelling "RELAX". I don't know about anyone else but I think yanking and yelling RELAX is not gonna do much. I also asked for a very simple short nail with a blue French tip. And they look horrible the French tip is not centered what so ever and she drilled down my nail so much I am I'm pain. And when I was "done" she didn't give me any hint js got up and started working on someone else nails with my nails still curing. He found my receipt and confirm that $41 was charged and even sent me a picture through text. And that I would be refunded the 20% difference in a few days. I checked my account today and the charge has been updated to $41 now. I am now giving them 3 stars due to this whole confusion and because there is no glass in between the pedicure chairs. I am so upset about the $40 I just spent. Not only am I upset with waiting 50 mins after making my appointment for 3, but also upset about how my hands look. The nails are uneven, ugly, and not worth the price. After correcting my nail tech on shape twice, I had to ask for her to file my thumbs even. Even then she tried to tell my "I asked wrong" what I wanted, I guess a plus for "trying" to be "nice" about it. I have acrylic stuck to my fingers, mixed in with the oil. I waited 50 minutes for 20 minutes nails. I will let the pictures speak for the rest. I highly recommend going to lotus nail instead, at least they take the time to make sure you actually like what you are getting. read more
