Kevin did an amazing job again!! So beautiful and detailed! My mom had Jackie they did a great job for us!!!
I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I live in San Luis Obispo and drove 35 min to come here because I don't like the places in Slo. I love super crispy nails that aren't bumpy and after seeing their photos on yelp, I needed to come here. The service here is so amazing. I got sat within 10 min of arriving and Jackie did an amazing job. The shape of my nails is exactly what I wanted and the designs were free handed, first try with no hesitation. They are everything I wanted and the pricing here is so good!! I highly recommend and will be coming here again! Definitely recommend Jackie! She is sweet, quick and overall a great nail artist!
Kim is the bomb. She got me right. I asked for something and she exceeded my expectations. Salon is clean, people who work there are kind and don't talk shit or give you attitude. I will definitely be coming back
Called Top Nail and made an appointment. They got me in right away which was nice. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. The facility could use a deep clean; the hand dryers needed a good wipe down. Overall though, I am very happy with my manicure and will return. It was a reasonable price too!
I was serviced by Kimvan she did a great job and was quick and efficient. While she was doing my service she completed other waxing services without making it seem like she kept leaving. For the most part i got what i had wanted which was a Gel-X removal and full set. While i have no complaints in regards to Kim i was surprised when the next day one of the nails came off. i figured i would go back the next day and have her put it back on but when i called to give the heads up the next morning another staff member picked up. after telling her about my nail she said i could not come in until later which i explained to her was a conflict since i would not be in the area (i was visiting and did not reside in the city) she proceeded to say that any other shop where i lived could fix it. I tried to suggest that i just needed one nail fixed and was not asking for a removal and replacement of it i still had the nail that fell and she kept saying i was unable to go in at that time. also important to note i called at 9:30 and they open at 9am on a wednesday. I'm not sure why a shop wouldn't be willing to take the time to fix something as small as a reapplication of a gel-x nail. i will likely not be coming back to this shop unless something can be guaranteed in the future to prevent this from happening again
A Fill & Repair (acrylic w gel) for $45 !!! Amazing work, affordable price... im not going anywhere else anymore fir my nails!!
Embarrassing! I will never return! Kim ( don't know if there's multiple of them in the shop) was extremely rude! At one point stood up and started yelling at me in front of other customers. She was very rough and kept hurting and said I was too sensitive even through she cut multiple fingers. Horrible experience!
Since the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed by the staff. They are very friendly and professional and make you feel comfortable. Tom did a pedicure and almond shaped nails on me all within an hour and a half. So fast without compromising quality! He did a wonderful job and was so patient. Highly recommend him and all the staff. My sister's nails came out so cute exactly how she wanted them. She got her nails done with one of the ladies but I can't recall her name. Regardless, you can't go wrong with any of the staff! Definitely check this place out if you need your nails done!
I walked in with no appointment on a Thursday night after work and I was met with the most welcoming and beautiful salon. I showed Kim a photo of nails on Pinterest that I liked and she gave me nails even more beautiful than the inspiration photo that I showed her. She was so welcoming and truly a joy to talk to through the entire experience. These are the most beautiful nails that I have ever had. Kim has a customer in me for life. I could not be happier with my nails or the amazing woman who did them for me. I won't be going anywhere else in town

Very disappointing experience. I came in asking for an acrylic soak-off, but the technician refused and instead tried to remove my nails by popping them off. I repeatedly told her I was in pain and asked if she could soak or file them instead, but she ignored my requests and rushed through the service even though the salon was not busy. She ended up tearing part of my natural nail, and I left with damaged painfull nails. I would not return! read more

Was in for a full set, gel acrylics. I'm not gonna speak negative about the business but just look at my nails. I've been here before and never had an issue with my nails. I'm not picky either but these I couldn't get over how ugly they were. I ended up going to a different salon and getting them fixed. What bummer and waste of money. I will definitely not go back. read more

Can I get a redo by someone else? Seriously! I paid 65 dollars for lumps and crooked odd shaped nails! So uneven and very thick! They say sorry but don't offer a resolution! read more
