The color catseye polish is beautiful and the nails have never felt this strong (I was a dip and powder girlie, until it became too harsh for my nail bed and stop doing my nails at all), although the detailing of the painting left me a little disappointed, since the edges of my nail (not the cuticle area) are already fading at 12 days, the lady really didn't paint the sides of my nail, and I have to show her while she thought she was done. It felt like she was practicing shaping and painting on me when I got charged $78 (tax and tip not a included) for it I've seen what other people got around me and looked very lovely, I will give them a try again, since it's supposedly less expensive to "fill in" this gel, I would definitely not go with catseye polish unless I'm ready to spend another $15 more, but as for nail strength, I will recommend getting the hybrid gel!

My technician was nice, but seemed to really want to get me in and out of her chair as quickly as possible. I have never kept my hands under the UV light for less than 60 seconds per layer, but at one point I timed it and my hand was under the light for 15 seconds. It was truly: finish one hand, immediately change hands to put under the light. I questioned it internally but figured she knew what she was doing. I got my nails done on a Tuesday, by Sunday one of my nails was chipped. Bliss has a policy that any chips within 10 days can be fixed for free, so I went in the next Wednesday to get the nail fixed. Again it was incredibly rushed, 15 seconds max under the light. By Friday the nail chipped again. Two days later another nail chipped. Less than two weeks and the manicure was already chipping. A disappointing experience compared to my first time there.

While the salon was busy, the biggest issue was not the wait but the lack of customer service. Throughout both of our appointments, the nail technicians repeatedly dismissed our requests and made decisions for us instead of listening to what we wanted. I was originally interested in a cat-eye design and was willing to be flexible with the color, but the technician immediately shut down the idea and decided on a completely different design without giving me the opportunity to choose another option. Similarly, my mother requested specific details for her nail design, but her technician repeatedly told her "no" and substituted her own ideas instead. We understand that salons can get busy, but being rushed is not an excuse to ignore customers' preferences. It felt as though the technicians were more focused on getting through appointments quickly than providing quality service. As paying customers, we should not have to argue to have our requests heard. What made this experience so disappointing is that we have enjoyed coming to your salon in the past. Unfortunately, the poor customer service, lack of communication, and disregard for our preferences have left us with little desire to return. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as listening to customers is one of the most important parts of providing a positive salon experience.

She even points at the woman who she says is, "finishing up". I take a seat and watch the clock, ten minutes go by. I ask again, for them to just let me know realistically how long. She tells me oh it will be just five more minutes your next. Another 8 minutes go by and the woman who is suppose to come to me, goes to a woman at the end of the seats who is also waiting. I speak up and say, "excuse me, how could this have been five minutes when there is someone else who hasn't even started yet?" Three employees looking at each other, speaking their language. No apology, no explanation. They just thought I would sit there for 45 minutes worth of 5 more minutes. I get up and I leave. Still no apology or anything is said to me. I would have been MORE THAN HAPPY TO shop around and come back IF THEY WERE HONEST. Instead I sat staring at people for 20 minutes and was expected to sit thru 30 more mins. Ridiculous
