I really appreciated that level of accountability, so I decided to come back and give this place another try and I'm so glad I did. This time, I specifically asked for a different tech, and the experience was completely different. Holly was the main person who worked with me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly meticulous, patient, and really paid attention to every little detail. She spent almost 2 hours on my nails and made sure everything was done properly without rushing. Gil (I believe that's her name as I didn't catch it at the beginning) also helped during the process, which honestly made the whole experience feel even more attentive and pampering. Between the two of them, I felt really well taken care of. Holly even apologized at the beginning for my prior experience, even though it wasn't her fault at all, which I really appreciated. She constantly checked in to make sure I liked how my nails were turning out and was more than willing to fix even the smallest detail before I left. I always get their organic dip manicure and it stays fresh for at least 4-5 weeks without lifting. Their pedicures are great too and they do a mean hot stone massage.
