The owner responded to my comment 5 months ago (after a year and a half) telling me that she had been going through a hard time when I had been trying to contact her which is very unfortunate and I wish her the best. While I am extremely sympathetic to her struggles and loss of her grandparent, she came back at my review very intensely and said "shame on you" multiple times to me. As I had stated in my initial review, if I heard an update that the business was open, I would have changed my review. However as a client, I cannot know what is happening in this business owners life, and it seems like the professional and respectful choice is to re-record your business voicemail telling people you are taking a break, so your clients don't continually waste their time. Now because of this intense and rude response years later, I stand by my one star review instead of changing it, because I do not believe the client is responsible for knowing what losses are going on in the owners life, nor do they deserve a mean retort years later for information they have no way to know. Her response was very unprofessional and as I had said before, I would've changed my review to a positive one and been a client again, but not after this exchange. My father passed away during this time period too, right before my wedding actually, and we're also currently in the middle of COVID where she has no idea who is currently sick or who I've lost in my life, so while it's true you don't know what's going on in someone's life, that doesn't give a business owner reason to shame a client for the owner not updating their business information and the client responding based on their current experience. This is not a personal relationship and it's unprofessional and unkind to shame a client when you also have no idea the circumstances in the other persons life. Very hypocritical. I hope she can proceed more professionally again in the future. She was very talented, but having drama with someone who is offering a service is not worth it to me as a client, just to have nice nails. There's plenty of people to go to that do a great job where that's not a factor in the client/owner relationship. I do sincerely feel for her experience and hope she is healing from her losses. read more

Eric is amazing! He's friendly, he's fun to chat with, and he's an incredible nail tech. He knows more about Gelish (and gel polish in general) than any nail tech I've ever been to. I came to him with dry, flaky nails and terrible cuticles, and in just a few weeks they were strong, moisturized, and healthy-looking. He has an extensive collection of polish colors and glitters; it's always really hard for me to choose! He's a perfectionist who checks his work thoroughly and always wants to know how the polish held up each time I come in. My manicure lasts for weeks without chipping and I always get tons of compliments. I couldn't ask for a better nail tech than Eric! read more

Tiffany is amazing! She uses the best products and I always get compliments on my nails - even men! Call/text at least a week ahead of time because she gets booked out - it's worth the wait! My acrylic nails never break with Tiffany. Before seeing her my nails would break all the time and the color/design would never last. I can go 3 weeks & they still look amazing, no chipping or anything! Tiffany carries the newest products - chrome, holographic (unicorn dust), fire paper, fairy dust, gems, decals, Swarovski pixie crystals, you name it! She also does crazy hand art :) read more

I have been getting my nails done in Danville for many years. Tiffany gave me the best mani/ped. ever! She used a product called Gelish on my nails. It's incredible and has no chemicals in it. It dries right away so no chance of ruining my nails when I had to run and get my kids. She is also a nail educator and travels all over the United States teaching nail techniques. You will pay more for her than most of the walk-in businesses but she's worth it. She has a really cute location downtown Danville with lots of free parking next door.
