She filed my natural nails to the perfect rounded almond shape and constantly checked each nail for consistency. She works very efficiently with precision and I felt no nicks or pokes at all! Euphoria also has their own line of structured gels consisting of beautiful soft colors. I provided my inspo pics for nail art and I got just what I wanted. I also booked a nail art mani for my sister with Barbie and her artwork is out of this world. She freestyled an ethereal set that my sister can't stop showing off. The talent here is amazing! Booking online was seamless and I was able to find a date and time that worked for me. The studio is sparkling clean and so cute inside. I love the calming aesthetics of the space. We also got to take home mini cuticle oils.

She thought maybe this half breed four leaf clover will do the trick. Nope, nope. Should've put a hard stop before I cured that baby but literally had no idea what I was looking at until it was more than half way done. I just feel so... elegant. Just asked McDonald's where the hell my green drink is, they just reminded me what month it comes in... 6 months from now. No, I never asked for all 10 fingers I did ask, "what is the simple art?" And she said "these two" and pointed at my rings. She asked what I wanted and I said this, and pointed at my sweatshirt if she couldn't do it she should have said that. Oh sorry I was there one less hour wasted than said. I told you I was paying you via Venmo and that's exactly what I did - the correct amount and I'm sorry are you saying my freedom of speech should be impinged when all three of you at the counter were arguing with me? ITS LITERALLY A FOUR LEAF CLOVER. SHE ASKED "do you want it bigger" and the space she took was already huge so i said no and all she showed me were blobs. Literally blobs. 4 of them. How was I supposed that meant those are the petals. I'll put up a closer look AND what I asked for. I shouldn't have paid you anything because that's what you all deserved. And you're incorrect I didn't write "m.o.t.h.e.r.f.u.c.k.e.r.s." I wrote "Motherfuckers" I would never do it that other way- how tedious. But babe this has been fun! You still won. You still got paid robbing me. And I have every right to rate you, show off your "art" and review and make you lose at least one or two customers. Oh last thing, I said "I should've just waited for Diane to schedule," and all 3 of you had to say she left and went to a new salon. That was not the information you want to share while someone complains that your salon rips ass but at least the best nail artist I had left and gotten out. Good luck with your expansion. How's hiring?

While I am extremely sympathetic to her struggles and loss of her grandparent, she came back at my review very intensely and said "shame on you" multiple times to me. As I had stated in my initial review, if I heard an update that the business was open, I would have changed my review. However as a client, I cannot know what is happening in this business owners life, and it seems like the professional and respectful choice is to re-record your business voicemail telling people you are taking a break, so your clients don't continually waste their time. Now because of this intense and rude response years later, I stand by my one star review instead of changing it, because I do not believe the client is responsible for knowing what losses are going on in the owners life, nor do they deserve a mean retort years later for information they have no way to know. Her response was very unprofessional and as I had said before, I would've changed my review to a positive one and been a client again, but not after this exchange. My father passed away during this time period too, right before my wedding actually, and we're also currently in the middle of COVID where she has no idea who is currently sick or who I've lost in my life, so while it's true you don't know what's going on in someone's life, that doesn't give a business owner reason to shame a client for the owner not updating their business information and the client responding based on their current experience. This is not a personal relationship and it's unprofessional and unkind to shame a client when you also have no idea the circumstances in the other persons life. Very hypocritical. I hope she can proceed more professionally again in the future. She was very talented, but having drama with someone who is offering a service is not worth it to me as a client, just to have nice nails. There's plenty of people to go to that do a great job where that's not a factor in the client/owner relationship. I do sincerely feel for her experience and hope she is healing from her losses.
