As soon as I selected it, I was questioned about my choice and felt like I was being pressured to upgrade. After I declined, the technician became noticeably rude and dismissive. The quality of the pedicure was extremely poor. My heels were barely addressed and actually looked drier when I left than when I arrived. The massage lasted about a minute, which was disappointing considering the package I paid for. I also upgraded to gel polish, but the finish is full of bubbles, and I don't even think it's the color I selected. To make matters worse, every single toenail was filed unevenly (see photo). As I was leaving, the technician patted me on the back in a way that felt rude and dismissive. Overall, this was by far the worst pedicure I've received in Gilbert. I left feeling like I paid for a service that was rushed, poorly done, and far below expectations. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this salon.
