When you apply for you license you are to be aware of your sanitation and infection control methods. If you drop a tool on the ground, you are to get out a new clean tool not use the same one. Two, seeing a roach on the floor dead shows me how unsanitary this place is and that it hasn't been swept.

My nails were extremely brittle and weak. She turned my little nubs into beautiful french tips. She spent extra time making sure that the prep was done right and ensuring that I loved the shape and style. I was impressed by how she painted the french tip with the tiniest brush. I also showed an inspo pic of a design I liked and they were transparent with letting me know that I didn't select the correct service option since the inspo I had needed a more complex design. I left very hurt and upset that someone I went to for so long and always gave good tips and sometimes offered coffee or McDonald's apple pies to when I would stop before going in the salon would treat a loyal costumer like that. How he acted today was way out of character because we always had great conversations every time I've been to him for the past 5 yrs+ but I spoke up for myself and I'm glad I did because if he can't treat his costumers like that I can only imagine his staff.

This was actually her first time and the ensuing tension made her anxious. Also, one of her cuticles was over trimmed and bled. I know this sometimes happens from time to time, but this was her first time and the sting from this minor injury on top of her anxiety of the tense atmosphere was a bit much for her. It broke my heart to see her tears slipping down her face. I know it will be awhile before she ever tries getting a manicure again. I'm not one to cause drama when I'm disappointed.
