She never asked me how I wanted my nails shaped, even though I always ask for them to be very square. She also did not properly clean my cuticles. During the pedicure, she was very rough and kept pushing my foot into the tub. On top of that, she never asked if the water temperature was comfortable for me. I paid $45 for a gel pedicure, and I believe that price should come with quality service and respectful treatment.
