If there is an issue with time management do yourself and your customers a favor and minimize the advanced bookings to create a better customer experience. Three different employees approached me with the same questions while I wait, "you have gel", "choose your color", then the last one proceeds to hand me a nails to choose, yep you guessed it, a color. All of this in an effort to buy time for an appointment they had no business accepting giving the volume. Let's talk about the work they do, it's basic at best. The manicurist are slow, frequently cutting you with the nail file, and blantantly ignoring your request to skip cutting of the cuticles. I'm not returning and I would encourage others to choose a different establishment for your nails needs, this is not the one.

Your salon is too unique to be confused for another. Avoiding accountability in all your negative reviews just to have them removed is a terrible business practice and just proves my point. I told your tech I was coming in to fix my nails so late because I was going on vacation the next day, which is why I couldn't come back to fix them. I also paid $100 WITH tip just to fix my original broken nail so why would I return again to pay so much for a terrible job? Your tech said you do hard gel all the time, but when I asked her to fix 2 nails that looked like they were lifting from underneath I was told "yes of course" just for her to leave the air under neath and not fix anything. I was also told that square nails would look better on me after years of having almond/oval. I said I didn't think so but was told it would. The nail tech who was in charge and speaking to me was Latina & the actual nail tech who did my nails never spoke a word to me as the other translated ri her. Not sure if that helps you remember. The salon is clean and has a relaxing vibe, nice music that does not give you a headache, lots of natural light and many many colors to choose from. The two services, including a spa treatment with my pedicure, took about an hour and a half. That's basically nothing!!! They were so quick with my nails extensions. However, my pinky toe gel didn't hold up after five days () and two of my extension lifted off a bit and I ended up losing them (but that's my fault; as soon as I see an imperfection with my nails I tend to keep touching the area obsessively lol) They also have a points rewards system which I assume will be convenient on the long run. The person who cut my nails cut my middle finger on my right hand so short that when the woman who actually did my nails came over she asked if I wanted to even them all out, and I let her know that someone here cut them that way. I will say the woman who did my nails took her time which I appreciate, but I cannot believe how short my nails are now. The actual shape of my nails are extremely bulbous and thick at the base, bumpy, and round with a weird sharp point at the end. I asked for pointy almond. These nails are so unflattering they make my hands look short and stubby. I have been getting dip for 2 years now and have never been this disappointed before. First interaction the receptionist was pleasant and sat me with "Yu yu" right away. The pleasantries ended there. This tech had a bad attitude from the start but i was being as polite as possible to try to improve her mood (not my responsibility). Very short answers mostly grunts, then she cut my finger badly (blood) and barely said sorry. Accidents happen. I wanted a custom design, brought a photo for inspo and "Yu yu" said she could do it. As we progress into her shaping my nails the receptionist mentions the price is more because its ombre. On their price list, ombre is "$20" she quoted me $25, interesting. Yuyu picks the colors closest to my inspo pic and only checks if i approve after starting to paint. Moving into the design portion, her airbrush wasnt working and she spent 8 extra min fumbling with it and getting progressively frustrated. She tries a diff technique (sponge) but with a completely different color, nothing like my inspo pic. I assume she was building layers of color, my mistake for assuming. She asked me if i liked it, i said yes but i didnt think she was done, she proceeds with a top coat... i pause her on nail two when i realized it was the top coat. I ask if a brighter color (closer to inspo) was going on top and she immediately says " you said ok so i put the top coat".... The minimal exchange of words between us but somehow its my fault? Then she proceeds to speak a language i dont speak, at me. I assume she is upset and try to assure her she can just add the color i want on top its no big deal. She ignores me. I repeat myself a min later because i believe its rude to just ignore someone esp if you are offering them a service. She insists shes going to take it off and do a diff color. I tell her i dont want that i have to go soon just put the color on top. She tells me the color is too dark. At this point are you doing your nails or mine? I get frustrated and again insist on my request. She ignores me again and fiddles with her airbrush machine. This goes on for about 7 min no dialogue just her tinkering. I am now just sitting here confused. I told her the sponge method is fine if the machine is broken. She gets upset and says go to another Tech. Um excuse me?? She points to a diff table and demands me to go. This exchange is so random and abrasive. The male Tech I'm directed to, wants to be dismissive with me (in solidarity with his coworker) but im telling you i have been so polite this whole time he eventually becomes the most receptive and accommodating of the 3 ( this is right after he cussed out a diff customer for asking for $ change) this place is so weird. Then i have to reexplain my request show the photos and eventually just settle on something opposite of what i wanted because of time. I entered at 1:40 and it was now 3:18p. He finishes with my design. Proceeds to give me a "free massage"???? 1 min of sloppy shoulder touching. I dont need this nor does this relieve anything... I go to pay. Receptionist asks to see the nails and comment "pretty".. i nod and ask the total uv gel set $65 and ombre $25 plus 4 star design $35...$125.. I say to myself "$35 is criminal for 4 finger design" then all hell breaks loose with the receptionist. Using the word criminal must have been her trigger word. She begins her rant about asking the price ahead of time, working hard and questioning if im going to pay. None of which were my issue! At this point it seems shes defending her first tech for whatever was said in the other language. Not sure how we got here. I wish it was recorded it was so bizarre! Then i ask is it ok if i get $5 off for her making me bleed... she begins with maybe for a future service but realizes mid sentence she knows she will never see me again, "ok this time fine" $120! "But you are going to tip them right?" Uh?!!!?!? Tipping is my choice based on my experience you cannot demand a tip, i tell her. She starts again on how her tech works hard. I ask for change because I always tip but now i fully regret it. Worst experience in a while. Meanwhile one of them cussed out another guest for asking for change. They must of been having a hard week, but this exchange was unacceptable. Fix your attitudes, this is customer service.
