She was personable and diligent. However, my only complaint is that she told me it would last for a month and after two weeks my nails have started falling off at the tip which is really disappointing. Both my left thumb and right pinky have cracked and fallen off (as you can see in the picture). Angie is really really great but I'm disappointed in the longevity considering it was $50 for just two weeks of wear.

While I was there, I translated everything being said from Russian into English--and I was shocked. The way the staff spoke about clients, right in front of them, was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. Just because someone isn't visibly reacting doesn't mean they don't understand or aren't translating. As for the service: my nails looked okay at first, but the polish was too translucent. I asked for additional coats, but the adjustments made were minimal. After the appointment, I contacted the salon via WhatsApp to politely ask if they could fix a couple of things. Instead of being receptive, they dismissed my concerns entirely, saying they didn't see anything wrong--and then stated I'd have to pay for a fix. That part really baffled me. If they "don't see" an issue, how can they justify charging to fix it? The communication was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. It's no surprise they currently have a 3.4-star rating on Yelp. It would've been far more professional to simply resolve the issue and retain a returning customer, rather than respond with attitude and brush off valid concerns.
