It also seems like the owner is rarely present and leaves an older lady (who I later found out is her aunt) in charge, and she pretty much does whatever she wants. I reached out to the owner to politely share my experience, but instead of addressing it, she blocked me. I only realized this when I tried to book another appointment with Kelsey. Really disappointing customer service. Even if you find a nail tech you like, it seems like booking and management can be an issue. I'd recommend going somewhere else if you're looking for a more professional and consistent experience.

If they are busy with clients, they usually allow you to wait until they're done with their client or can even schedule day/time to come back another time with great customer service. It's usually cash-based, but they have other cash-app services you can use, so you can ask them to make sure. Highly recommend this place for any gentleman and/or ladies! No frills, the techs probably won't try to talk to you, and aside from the music it's kind of quiet inside. I lowkey don't even feel comfortable having a conversation with my dad when he's getting a pedi next to me that's the vibe inside.
