However, during my pedicure, they switched nail techs midway, and the quality dropped significantly after that. It also seems like the owner is rarely present and leaves an older lady (who I later found out is her aunt) in charge, and she pretty much does whatever she wants. I reached out to the owner to politely share my experience, but instead of addressing it, she blocked me. I only realized this when I tried to book another appointment with Kelsey. Really disappointing customer service. Even if you find a nail tech you like, it seems like booking and management can be an issue. I'd recommend going somewhere else if you're looking for a more professional and consistent experience.

I don't get massage or oils or callus care so I can't speak to that, but even with the basic gel pedicure I get, my gel lasts a really long time due to the prep. No frills, the techs probably won't try to talk to you, and aside from the music it's kind of quiet inside. I lowkey don't even feel comfortable having a conversation with my dad when he's getting a pedi next to me that's the vibe inside.

Before coming here, I was used to appointments taking 3-4 sometimes 5 hours, especially with private nail techs. And at a lot of typical nail shops I've gone to in the past, they didn't really care about the health of my natural nails either. Once my friend recommended this place to me, I knew I had to give it a try. I mentally prepared myself for another super long appointment or a mid experience in general. But because the design I picked ended up being way more detailed than I originally realized ... Sam absolutely exceeded my expectations. He was attentive throughout the entire process, constantly checking in to make sure I liked the shape, color, and details every step of the way. Even with a more complex design, he still completed everything in around 2 hours, which honestly shocked me in the best way because the quality was still there. Beyond the nails themselves, I really loved the atmosphere here. Everyone seemed genuinely friendly, welcoming, and happy to be there, which made the experience feel comfortable and fun instead of stressful or rushed. Overall, I'm really happy with my set and definitely see myself coming back. I just need to be more mindful next time before I accidentally choose another super detailed design during a busy day
