I got my gel pedicure done yesterday, and already the polish fell off one of my toes.. I got nicked on the left side of the big toe, and I know that can happen sometimes. I didn't like the fact that I needed to ask for Neosporin to be applied. I feel like it's common sense to apply antibiotic on a cut before applying any polish, especially since the whole left side of the nail was trailed with blood. I do appreciate the owner I think, on helping me out on that. As of this morning, the cut was still bleeding, and I had to clean it again and wrap in bandage. Lastly, the application and work on the nails themselves were sloppy. I did ask for a correction, but I noticed the others still weren't even afterwards. At that point, I decided it was best to go to another salon afterwards since it was clear that the technician simply didn't have the skill set. As you can see in the photos - French tip smeared on a nail, tips in terms of length were uneven in thickness,a couple of toes were lop sided, and the gel polish wasn't evenly applied so the polish looked splotchy. Currently typing out this review as I'm getting it corrected in another salon. I don't have any interest in returning, even if a correction is offered. With the amount of positive ratings listed here, I think retraining should be done with technicians to make sure quality of services are equal for all. Left a 10% tip as a nod towards the woman who helped with the Neosporin.

The previous text/call system was inconsistent, with delayed responses, forgotten appointments, and occasional double-booking. The online system was much more convenient, but my number was restricted after several reschedules, even though the stated policy allows changes at least three days in advance and does not clearly specify a maximum number of reschedules. Johnny was kind and tried to help, but my replacement appointment was booked incorrectly as an acrylic service with any available technician instead of my usual 90-minute gel builder fill with design with Kelsey. When I tried to correct and reschedule the appointment, my account was restricted again. My experiences with Cathy, the owner, have been much less positive. On more than one occasion, calls ended quickly with "Can you text us?" or "Our staff will reach out to you." After visiting every few weeks for three years, I also cannot recall much personal acknowledgment or friendliness from her in person. At this point, I would not be surprised if my account remains restricted after this review, but I believe prospective customers should know what my experience has been. Cathy and John also operate several other salons, including Nu Nails, CC Cosmetics, Naily SJ, and Nail Haus Co. in Milpitas. I also agree with other reviewers who have mentioned delays in honoring scheduled appointment times. In my experience, the salon often prioritizes the client currently in the chair rather than keeping the next scheduled appointment on time. I genuinely value Kelsey's work, but great nail service does not make up for inconsistent booking, communication, and management. If reliable scheduling, customer service, and professional management are important to you, I would recommend considering other salons for a more consistent experience.

They also have added a great team of ladies who are also very friendly, kind, and accommodating and do a fantastic job if both Vicky and Kim are busy, so you are in great hands with any of them. All of them are very detailed-oriented and thorough with the quality of work with each of their clients. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing as well. If they are busy with clients, they usually allow you to wait until they're done with their client or can even schedule day/time to come back another time with great customer service. It's usually cash-based, but they have other cash-app services you can use, so you can ask them to make sure. Highly recommend this place for any gentleman and/or ladies!
