I've been trying to find a new nail tech ever since my previous tech stepped away to focus on motherhood (which I fully support), and honestly it's been harder than I expected to find someone who is both incredibly skilled and efficient. Before coming here, I was used to appointments taking 3-4 sometimes 5 hours, especially with private nail techs. And at a lot of typical nail shops I've gone to in the past, they didn't really care about the health of my natural nails either. Once my friend recommended this place to me, I knew I had to give it a try. I mentally prepared myself for another super long appointment or a mid experience in general. But because the design I picked ended up being way more detailed than I originally realized ... Sam absolutely exceeded my expectations. He was attentive throughout the entire process, constantly checking in to make sure I liked the shape, color, and details every step of the way. Even with a more complex design, he still completed everything in around 2 hours, which honestly shocked me in the best way because the quality was still there. Beyond the nails themselves, I really loved the atmosphere here. Everyone seemed genuinely friendly, welcoming, and happy to be there, which made the experience feel comfortable and fun instead of stressful or rushed. I've been to this salon before and had a great experience with Dustin, who was professional and clearly experienced. This review is specifically about my experience today with Bonnie, and not the salon overall. I asked for a simple builder gel refill with plain white polish. From the start, she didn't really engage and checked her phone frequently, which felt like her attention was elsewhere and very unprofessional since I had no designs for reference. I also overheard her speaking in Vietnamese multiple times about being hungry and saying she might faint. That may have been an exaggeration, but it gave me the impression she was rushing through my set so she could go eat. I understand being a walk-in, but I still expect the same level of care as a scheduled appointment. It was also uncomfortable hearing her talk about the situation in another language while I was sitting right there. When I politely asked her to fix a small area with missing polish, she rolled her eyes and complained to her coworker instead of just explaining that she would be filing over that area anyways. There was also no cuticle care at all (cutting or oiling), and she left polish on my skin that I had to scrape off myself, which should be cleaned up before curing to avoid irritation. After leaving, I noticed bumps in my nails and a streaky topcoat with visible gaps. For such a simple set, the quality was disappointing. It felt rushed and careless. My cousin also had Bonnie previously and had a similar experience, including being hurt during filing. I really liked this salon the first time I came, but this visit was disappointing. read more

I got Gel X extensions with French tip and design, I also had nails from a previous salon taken off for an extra 5 dollars. I believe I paid 95 total. My friends paid about 60-80 total with tip. It was very calm and peaceful inside and great vibes. I recently went again and got my toes done, I got gel polish and unfortunately after 2-3 days they had already chipped.
