Aiko is extremely gentle and thoughtful lady, I am so happy to find her and got my nails done from her. I could relax during the serviced process knowing I am in good hands. I love how my nails got refreshed every time.
I've had appointments with Sally and HaHa and I love that I have found such talented nail techs near home. I appreciate the variety of colors available and little touches like a phone stand so I can watch or read while they work. They are both very gentle and are so meticulous about their work. Thank you Sally and HaHa for taking care of this tired mama and making her feel pampered!
Been coming to Aiko Nails for more than a year now. This is the only place in the Bay Area that does the best quality cat eye nails! As a mom, i need my nails to be "heavy duty" - Sally (the owner) does a great job making my nails tough and beautiful at the same time - They almost never chip! Highly recommend this place!
I had a lovely time with Janisa! I came from out of town in desperate need of a new set of hard gel nails. I was able to schedule my appointment through their Instagram the same week (scheduled Tuesday, service requested on Saturday), they are very responsive. There is a $50 deposit that applies towards your total sent through Zelle. There was a big binder of different cat eye gels that the shop offers. I have been getting hard gel nails done for the last 2.5 years. Wow, the service here is amazing and Janisa takes great care of her customers! She blew me away with her technique and attention to detail. Janisa took extra care of my nails. She is so friendly and kind. I love how she paid attention to the small things, like going out of her way to snip a teeny tiny piece of cuticle she missed that others would usually ignore due to how small it is, down to to reshaping my nails and making sure each nail is symmetrical/even, ensuring my apex was perfect, taking extra time with the cat eye magnet technique, and making sure to remove any extra product under the nail/filing down at the end. As someone who pays REALLY close attention to details and is a perfectionist, it was so refreshing to see someone care as much about my nails as I do. I even texted my fiancé in the middle of the service, raving about Janisa's technique. In total with a removal and new set, it took 1.5 hours. I have nothing but great things to say and would recommend you book with Janisa!
I'm always impressed when my wife gets her nails done by Sally. She's been a client for years, and the results are always stunning. As an observer, I can attest that Sally's attention to detail is truly exceptional--the designs are always flawless and a testament to her skill and artistry. I wish I had photos of her past designs. Consistently amazing work! :) Aiko is very detailed and professional! She makes sure that each nail is perfect and let's me try different colors when I can't decide on which one. She's very careful when cleaning the cuticle area and ensures that each nail length is even with the other. Her precision and technique are incredible and she really cares about helping you grow out your nails. Her structured gel lasts 4-6 weeks for me, with no chipping or lifting. Her studio is very clean and intimate.

Thankfully only one nail needed nail tape and again she did such a good job that you can't tell there is nail tape at all. She was communicative about additional services (ie. nail tape) and got my approval before doing anything. I originally wanted French as my polish but was recommended to cut my nails short due to how weak they were. With her recommendation ended up with great cat eye color that compliments my skin tone. I can't stop looking at my nails!

Janisa did a great job on my nails, she was detailed and thorough. Her cuticle work is *chef's kiss* My cuticles were so clean, she used the drill bit and really got in there - similar to what you'd expect from a Russian manicure which I love! I loved that the appointment did not feel rushed, and how she took her time to make sure each and every nail was perfect. I felt a bit guilty for cheating on my usual nail salon but after seeing how nice my nails turned out, I don't feel as bad! lol read more

I've gone to many different nail technicians but of everyone I have experienced so far, Sally is by far the best not only is she incredibly meticulous (she will flip your hand to make sure every angle is perfect), but she also works very fast and efficiently she competed my nail set in 1.5 hours -- normally a set with design has always taken 2 hours minimum she will wipe and redo the design until it's 100% perfect, and did not rush the prep work (including cuticle care), which I greatly appreciate she's a master at her craft & is also such a warm and personable person as well -- couldn't recommend her enough:) read more

I cannot recommend her enough. She is by far the best nail artist I've ever had. She is incredibly careful and detail-oriented, and my nails always come out exactly how I want them. Not only do they look amazing, but they last so long without chipping or lifting. I've shown her multiple inspiration photos, and she is literally the only person in the Bay Area who has been able to recreate them perfectly. She truly understands shape, design, and execution. If you care about quality, longevity, and getting the exact nails you ask for, she is the one. I won't go to anyone else. read more

Aiko has a very good sense of color balancing and design! She recently has a baby this year so it is hard to do walk in appointment! All nail services are only through appointment by phone and text. I normally try her simple color or cat eye color design! Very pretty and under a very high quality! (She puts multiple layers of gels and your nail looks stunning!) read more

had my first nail appointment with Sally yesterday, and she the best nail tech I have ever worked with. She has a strong attention to detail and a true passion for creating beautiful nail designs. In addition to her incredible talents, she is also such a sweet person. Sally was so kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire nail set process. It was my first time doing gel-base and cat eye nails, and she constantly checked in with me to make sure that I was comfortable and okay with each step! I absolutely love Aiko Nails. I have been going to Sally for almost a year now and I have never left unsatisfied. I book appointments through instagram @wankawo. She typically responds promptly within the same day. Sally uses hard gel which has allowed for my nails to become stronger and able to grow tremendously. I have also gotten extensions when I've wanted a longer set or broke a nail. She has a wide range of gel polishes and colors along with many decorative materials. Sally does excellent work. She is considerate, fun and a super talented. If the quality of her work wasn't exceptional, I would not have been coming to her. Here's what you can expect: Service will not be quick Sally is a perfectionist. Products are luxury status and lots of color options. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Communicate with her what you want and bring pictures. She is a master at hand painted nail art. You pay for great quality. Never rushed. read more

Sally is the best manicurist in Bay Area. Her works would never disappoint me. As long as you communicate clearly with her what design you want in advance, she is able to get you what you request for. If you are looking for some Japanese/ Chinese trending design nails, here is definitely the place! I had to get my nails done last minute for an event and so glad I found Sally! As soon as she saw me, she was very sweet and friendly. She spends a considerable amount of time carefully shaping and cleaning your nails, while making sure everything is to your liking. I appreciate how careful and gentle she is when doing my nails too. The design I got was based off one of previous clients, but because I'm super indecisive, I let Sally pick which details to add on. Overall, I love my nails- they're so neat and cute!
