I came in with my daughter and simply asked for short square French tip nails. When I politely said the French tip didn't look right for the nail shape, the nail tech threw her tools down, yelled at me, told me to leave, and said I was "too complicated." I spend almost $200 every visit, so I should be able to ask for my nails to be done the way I requested. Being treated like that in front of my daughter and the entire salon was completely unacceptable. If you want a salon that welcomes feedback and values its customers, I'd look elsewhere. read more

I have been on the hunt for a nail spot and found this salon - it seemed to have good reviews, so I requested an appt through the Yelp app. They asked that I called or text instead, so I did and was able to get an appt on a Friday evening. When I came, I was surprised at how close it was to a Costco - one that I've been coming to for years, but just never noticed all the other businesses around it. Parking is shared with a few other stores, but far enough away from McDonald's and Costco that there wasn't any interference. When I walked in, I was greeted right away and told to have a seat at one of the pedicure stations. Mia (it was written on her cart, so I think that's her name) got started on my toes once I decided what I wanted done. She was very quick and efficient. My toes came out cute and glossy. I didn't get my manicurist's name (I didn't see it on her cart), but she was also quick and efficient. She shaped my nails exactly how I liked them and made them look very good. She added lots of layers of paint to ensure that they looked right (the color was very light) before drawing some pretty flowers. When my manicurist started, she wanted to use the drill to clean my nails and I asked her not to because the drill tends to make my nails brittle (not sure why, other than maybe drilling too deeply?). She complied, but did warn me that my polish won't last as long - which was fine with me. My manicure started lifting after 2 weeks, which was earlier than I had anticipated, but at least my nails still look healthy underneath. So far, this is one of my top salons that I would consider coming back to - but it is on the pricier side. The overall service was great - they did their job and I was left to relax in peace. read more

I wanted to thank the staff for taking care of our group. Everyone was friendly, and the quality of the services was good. Overall, we were happy with our manicures and pedicures. The reason I'm giving fewer stars is because of the pricing. During my first visit, I was talked into getting cat-eye nails. They turned out beautiful, and I really liked them, but I wasn't expecting my manicure and pedicure to go from about $65 to $125. This was my second visit, and I came with a group of seven people. Once again, we ended up paying much more than expected. My advice is to confirm the total price before sitting down and before agreeing to any additional services. The add-on costs can add up quickly, and I wish the pricing had been explained more clearly upfront. Because of the unexpected charges, I don't plan to return as often and will likely go back to my previous nail salon. It's worth the extra drive because the pricing is transparent, and I don't have to worry about unexpected or hidden costs. read more

I really really wanted to make this place my go to for gel x and builder gel nails, but they simply do not respect their customers' time. I do not think they keep track of appointments and, if they do, I simply cannot imagine how. I have tried texting and the response I get every time is "ok", even if I ask a question in my appointment request. I've tried making an appointment online and the appointment slots are always available and open, which can't be true. While in the salon, I've seen them answer the phone when someone calls to make an appointment, they are always on speakerphone, and I have never seen anyone write anything down after the phone call, they say ok and then just continue to work. Out of the 5 or 6 times I've been here I have only been seen at the time of my appointment once. Once! I am often waiting 30-45 mins and I stay because I have a very tight schedule and make appointments on the only days I can. I'm currently sitting waiting for my 5:00 appointment and it is 5:40 and there are 5 others also waiting, though I don't know what time their appointments are or were. (At 5:06 my manicurist asked me to wait 15 mins and I said fine....but I ended up leaving at 5:45 because she was doing someone's pedicure.) I have always been happy with the services I've received here and their prices are reasonable, which are the reasons for the 2 stars, but I simply will not be back due to their constant lack of respect of "appointment times". read more

I called before heading there on a weekday and they informed me that they would be able to take me in, I waited approximately 10 minutes before being seated which is reasonable. Yena serviced my builder gel fill in and was able to execute my nail inspo photo very well. There are a few parts of my nail that were not painted fully, but they do not charge for removal and my entire visit cost $75 plus tip. I walked in for my appointment for a gel builder fill, and while I was there I decided to add on a pedicure as well. I really wanted to love this salon since this was already my third visit here. During my nail service, I was told I needed a new set of filters, which I assumed would already be changed between clients. Then when I showed inspiration photos for the design I wanted, I was quoted an additional $100-$120. I decided to keep it simple and go with cat eye instead. In the end, I paid $90 for a gel builder fill and cat eye polish, and unfortunately my nails are now the thinnest they've ever been. The pedicure itself was actually great, but my concern was the sanitation afterward. Although they use plastic liners in the pedicure basins, the basin was not disinfected or cleaned after my service before another client was seated immediately after me. From my understanding, proper sanitation protocol still requires disinfecting the basin between each client, even when liners are used. Overall, I'm disappointed because it feels unnecessarily difficult to find a salon with fair pricing, quality work, and basic sanitation practices. read more

Honestly, I don't even want to give this place a star at all. I went in to get gel builder fill and a pedicure and it took them 2 1/2 hours. The nail tech ended up sanding part of my nail off and tried to "save it" and thought I wouldn't notice and then after pointing it out she had to put more gel to fix the shape of it. Afterward she finished filing my nails I informed her that they were crooked and she said she will fix it after painting my nails......if you know what you're doing that is not how you do nails at all. After painting my nails and me informing her my nails are still crooked she had to get another nail tech to fix my nails. After they fixed them she tried to just put clear nail polish on my nails and not paint them the color that were on my nails!!! She didn't clean my nails when she was painting them either so it had nail debris and we had to do it over again!! DO NOT COME HERE. WASTE OF TIME AND POOR QUALITY. Never coming back here. I had a gel pedi done but opted for The Rose treatment, which cost $80; with gel polish is $95 + 2% if you use your card, but it was so worth the pampering my legs received. The service was great, I had 2 ladies help me, and they were both friendly, but I feel horrible for not asking their names. I will def return. The pedi started with a soak in rose petals with sliced lemons. Then scrub was added to my legs & feet. I couldn't help but relax & close my eyes because it was so relaxing. I felt a variety of oils, scrubs, lotion & lemon juice used on my legs. The multiple massage on my legs & feet were AMAZING! After the pedi, they did a paraffin wax with a rose steamed eye mask cover, which made the entire experience relaxing. They do have an online booking link as well which is great when you're feeling anti social They're in the same lot as Costco but parking is not an issue outside of their spot! I've followed Roy around for a couple years now he does an AMAZING job with any design given! Today I got a pedicure with Haley and man did she do such a thorough job! I had a pedicure at a different place the week before and man did she make feet feel brand new almost like I haven't had a pedicure in years! The set he did was the cleanest set I've ever had, and I've been getting acrylic sets for a long long time. They were so even, usually when I get home I file it a little bit to even some parts out, but with his set I couldn't find anything to fix lol!!
