I almost don't want to write a review bc I don't need it to get more busy. But I recently just found this place and I'm soooo happy I did! I just went back for my second time, and I again, love my nails. Can't remember who I had the first time, but the second time I got Dao for a gel mani and regular pedi & she did amazing. One of the main reasons I love this place is bc I don't feel pressured to buy a more expensive package. I've gone to the same nail salon for years in a popular shopping center in Santa Clara & they had the habit of pressuring you to choose a more expensive package, and wouldn't take a #1 for an answer. Here, I can say I would like the #1 package and no further questions or bad attitude. Overall place is super clean and all the nail techs are so nice. The first time I went, I had to go back bc I messed my toe up and they happily fixed my toe in the midst of a busy salon. Happy I found my new nail place!! Also very reasonably priced!!
Yesterday, my husband and I visited Elite Nail and Spa and had such a wonderful experience. Holly did my nails, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She was very patient and truly took the time to listen to all of my requests. After that, she suggested a design that would suit me even better. When she finished, I felt like my hands looked completely different -- so much more beautiful and elegant. I absolutely love them! My husband got a pedicure, and he really enjoyed it as well. He felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Zero out of ten. I went to Elite Nails and Med Spa 2 on Dela Cruz Boulevard in Santa Clara for a hybrid gel X refill and a pedicure, specifically requesting Linh cause a friend had recommended her. The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The service was rushed, and the gel X was not applied properly. I could visibly see separation between the natural nail and the overlay, with zero structural support, and I had to keep stopping her to fix each side. When she moved on to polish, I'd asked for a cat eye design, and it came out sloppy and uneven. I have photos that show exactly how bad the finished result was. I ended up having to pay another salon out of pocket to fix the work, since I wasn't willing to sit back in that chair. When I called to explain what happened and ask for some form of compensation, out of good faith, not even a full refund, I spoke with the manager, who told me they wouldn't do it, since my bad experience meant I wouldn't be returning to support their business and tried to say I should have spoken up during the time of service which I did several times and each time I did the fix got worse than before. So a paying customer who received poor, careless work was refused any accountability, not because they couldn't make it right, but because they chose not to.
Kathy is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend her. She's very patient & talented. She is very gentle with you & asks if you like the design throughout the entire interaction.
The owner Andrew is very nice; they get new colors coming in once a while so you don't get bored by the same colors. Place is clean and pleasant; Love the pedicure with foot massage! Easy to get appointments, I almost can get a spot right away every time!
I came here after a friend recommended it and was very happy with both the service and the final result, especially given how affordable the pricing was. Andrew did my nails and was quick and efficient, and he patiently talked me through the process since it was my first time getting a gel overlay rather than regular gel or dip. I'll definitely be back!
This salon pricing is on the higher end, but results do NOT match pricing. I used to come here regularly when they first opened in 2021-ish, but I would always get the owner (male) and his work is probably worth the price. However, this last experience, I likely will not return as there are too many other salons in the area, including the original Elite nail salon off of Scott Boulevard. Originally came in to do dip manicure which is $50, but was told if I wanted to have my cuticles cut it would be an additional $5 so I opted for a gel manicure and cuticle trim for $45. I'm not sure if there was an animosity that I "downgraded" but see the results for yourself in the photos. Pedi was just as bad. Nails were crooked and uneven and "massage" is not a massage, just someone literally going through the motions and lathering lotion on you. Hot stone is like 10 seconds and she didn't even massage my toes like other places do...or maybe I didn't feel it. LOL I still tipped them because I went into auto pilot but frankly they did not deserve what I tipped.

It was convenient- i work around the corner and could go on my lunch break. The 3rd time i went i asked for Mani & Pedi. I waited more than 15 minutes until i was attended for my appointment. A male suggested i get the building gel instead of my regular gel mani because of how thin my nails were. I took the recommendation, not only did he thin my nails out more, but he did a horrible job! i could not stay for him to fix them because i only had an hour lunch and i was already there for 1.5 hours. I had an event out of town and was short in time overall so then i reached out and asked for a refund because of how bad they were. They absolutely refused! not only did they refuse but they put the blame on me and my nails. A specialist should never blame a customer. Nothing was wrong with my nails other than them being thin and if he was a professional who thought my nails were in bad condition he could have declined the service. I was so disappointed. I paid over $65 and had to pay again for someone else to fix them. I work in a office full of women and that weekend i had a wedding to attend out of town. It was so embarrassing for me. It would not have been as bad as it was if they could just take accountability and issued the refund. Now they just built a bad reputation. I had to keep explaining their horrible work to people who would look at my hands that day. HORRIBLE!!! make sure you read the reviews before you go here or at least get the names of the techs with good reviews, so you don't have a bad experience. I just want to say how infuriating it is to read the managers responses to those who didn't have a good experience here. I believe he was the one that did my nails...he said to me over the phone that the nails didn't properly cure.... whose fault is that? isn't it their job to make sure the work is done properly.
I AM VERY HAPPY. I found this nail place on Yelp and decided to try it because I was in the area. They were able to accommodate me right away. I was helped by Kathy. Kathy is a very nice lady, she works quickly, she is friendly, and her work is beautifully done. I am SO HAPPY with my nails. Kathy shapes a perfect coffin nail, and she did a lovely job on my diamond/rhinestone design. I got both my pedicure and builder gel manicure done with Kathy. She is very talented and very quick. I really appreciated her precision, effort, and speedy time. I got both my pedicure (basic) and builder gel set with diamond/rhinestones done in less than 2 hours. Love it! I was in a bit of a rush because I was getting things done before I head out on a trip and Kathy provided a perfect + speedy masterpiece. This is literally the closest to my nails have ever been to almost complete perfection. I love them! Thank you.
Save your money and your TIME!! Go somewhere else!! I've been here so many times trying to give this place a real shot and 90% of the time I've been unhappy. The polish/gel doesn't last or the work is done sloppy. When I'm spending close to $150 every time plus tip to get my nails done I'm hoping that I'll have something that lasts and that looks good. Unfortunately, this hasn't been the case. Time and time again..which is why I have to give this place this review.. If I complain the owner will have me come back in to get things fixed but it's happening way too often that I have to come back and take more time out of my day when I paid for something that should have been done at the value I paid for in the first place. Not to mention, when I do come back for the fixes the staff talk shit and give me rude looks.

I called in for a last minute pedicure / manicure request, so I'm grateful they took me in. However every last minute appointment always has a catch. Holly, the owner, did my gel manicure and I'm really happy with how my nails turned out. She was sweet, thorough, and paid close attention to detail. I could tell she took her time and cared about doing a good job, and I would definitely come back for my nails. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same experience with my pedicure, which was done by another employee. The polish on several of my toes was visibly missing/uneven and the overall application felt very sloppy and lacking in detail. I actually had to ask for one of my toes to be redone because of how it looked. When I asked about fixing it, I was told, "That's why I recommend gel." However, the issue wasn't that the polish was regular polish--it was the lack of precision and attention to detail in the application itself. Gel wouldn't really address that particular issue. I appreciate that Holly did such a great job on my manicure, which is why I'm giving this an overall 3.5/5 rather than a lower rating. I would definitely consider returning for a manicure with Holly, but I'd be more hesitant about getting another pedicure here unless I knew it would be done with the same level of care. Salon is ten minutes drive from my place. The ladies doing the manicure and pedicure are good and professional. I usually book appointments beforehand and get my nails done. They usually have lofi music playing. Recently I got my nails done for my wedding and it was gel French manicure and pedicure. I forgot my manicurist name but she did really well. I am so upset right now because I was charged extra fees for my cheap Lee press-on nails! The technician didn't use any acrylic; she only applied an ultraviolet light and nail glue for my nails. For my pedicure, I asked for a $55 service but ended up paying $75, which I did not agree to. As for my nails, since they were done so poorly, I thought the design was included, but I ended up paying $80 for that. In total, my bill came to $155! The experience was terrible. It felt like the artwork was done by a beginner. I definitely do not recommend this place; they lack skill. They claimed that because I was on my phone, I wasn't paying attention to them--complete nonsense! It was a total rip-off! Yes, however I was on my phone and you took advantage of that she did not say anything to me about the charges! I will report this to the better business buerue a nd report you! read more

I went here last week for gel with French tips. I really liked Dao! She was very gentle and she took her time so I didn't feel rushed at all. She explained every additional fees if applicable. The only weird thing was some of the nails started peeling the same day... but they got fixed with no fuss a few days later when I was able to go in again. I'm hoping this issue is a one-off, because I really did enjoy my experience here. They have a pleasant and clean space. They have a lot of returning customers so it's a good sign. Title: Exquisite Bridal Nails and Exceptional Service! I have been going to Elite Nails for years and they are never failed me just once. I know Holly when she was still at her old salon in Sunnyvale and of course I have to get my nail done with Holly for my wedding. I LOVE my bridal nails and the details with Holly and the team, and I am beyond thrilled with the experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel incredibly welcome. My nail technician, Holly, was not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive to detail. What truly stood out was the level of care and attention she devoted to ensuring my nails were perfect for my big day. She listened attentively to my preferences and offered valuable suggestions that perfectly complemented my bridal look. I'm a nail girly and I'm very picky when it comes to where I get my nails done and who does my nails. I've been going to Kathy for 4 years now so when she moved to a different salon, I followed her. Trusting her with my nails is basically like trusting someone with my life! She is not only very detail oriented but also quick and she'll make sure you leave her chair extremely happy. My second time coming here, Kathy introduced me to Holly since Kathy was not available. I needed my nails shorter since I was back in school and Holly was very accommodating! She shortened them and shaped them perfectly. I have short and stubby fingers, so normally with shorter nails, my hands look even shorter and stubbier. Holly shaped my nails to accommodate the length while giving the appearance that my fingers look longer and skinnier. She was quick and efficient and made sure I was happy with my nails! Overall I found my new favorite nail salon! It's big, roomy, and VERY clean! I've never been too picky or cared much about massage chairs, but their chairs take comfort to a next level! The scrubs and cuticle oils they use smell amazing too! I also love that they're open later so I can stop by during the week after work. 20/10 would recommend this place! This nail salon is beautiful and clean. I love the artwork as far as decor and feel inside, and Holly did an amazing job on my nails and an efficient wax! I will definitely be returning to her again. The price is reasonable, and I look forward to trying different styles on my nails as I trust her. She is also very timely and does a neat job. I checked them out last minute because of the good reviews. I will NEVER be coming back, not even if they offered to fix my nails. The nails were so sloppy, even my fiancé commented on how bad they looked. My dip nails are lifting at just one week. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. The lady who did my nails was a bit older than the others. The entire time she was doing my nails, she complained about how thin and brittle my nails were to the other nail technicians (well, I've been consistently getting dip nails for the past few months so of course my nails aren't 100% healthy). Why did she have to keep complaining over and over again? When she was using the electronic nail filing tool to remove my old dip, she would get too close to my skin and so I would feel burning/stinging and flinch. This happened multiple times. She then complained about how I would flinch and said she was getting so tired of working on my nails. When she started shaping my nails, she didn't ask me what shape I wanted. She just went ahead and filed them. Thankfully she just did the same shape as I had before. She also ended up over-filing them - some of the nails were the length I wanted, some were shorter. All of her constant complaining was in Vietnamese and she didn't think I could understand her, but I did. Imagine sitting there having someone complain and talk crap the entire time. On top of all this, exactly 1 week later, my dip nails are already lifting! It just shows you the quality of materials and how little care they give to doing it right vs just getting it done. With my go to salon, my dip nails last at least 3 weeks. I'm shocked these dip nails only lasted 1 week. I would recommend paying slightly more to go to a higher quality salon with better customer experience. read more

Love love love! I came here for a pedicure and it was amazing! The prices were very affordable, they offer a cash discount, the place was very clean, and the services were great! The pedicure came with a foot bath, scrub, massage and polish. There were massage chairs available and my friend fell asleep because she was so relaxed. 3.5* First of all, this location is so big and has two entrances! I came on a Friday afternoon to get gel extensions. I originally made an appointment with Holly online, but I think if you don't explicitly say who you made an appt with they just assign you to anyone available. I also don't think what I got was the TAP hybrid gel advertised on the site which is a little frustrating since that's what I made the appointment for. Communication with my nail tech was difficult but it worked out in the end with the aid of pictures. She didn't really push my cuticles back and I see some issues with the alignment of the tip against my real nails as well as webby looking gel on the sides of my fingers. She did take her time and overall did a good job for the 20% off price. I'm not sure I would come back just due to not feeling that they were totally transparent with the appointment process. read more
