Tiffany patiently went over the photos and discussed the pros and cons to help me pick one. Then she picked the color that matched my dress the most. We decided to go with builder gel nails. Tiffany was professional, patient, and detail-attentive. She spent time drawing every single small flowers for me and fixed what I did not like. The results turned out to be amazing. It was elegant and cute at the same time. And the quality of the nails are beyond expectations. I am not the gentle type, and I have to do house chores. But none of the nails has broken so far. Not even a scratch. The surface is still glossy. I have a pit bull puppy who keeps on munching on my fingers, but the nails didn't have a scratch (of course I didn't purposely let the dog chew on it for a long time). The cost isn't low, of course. The way he spoke to us was beyond disrespectful and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated with that level of hostility, especially over a toddler crying. Life happens, kids cry, and the way he chose to handle it was cruel, embarrassing, and incredibly unprofessional. If this is how the owner treats paying customers and families, that says everything you need to know about this business. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of salons that know how to treat people with basic human decency and respect. This is not one of them.
