However, during my pedicure, they switched nail techs midway, and the quality dropped significantly after that. It also seems like the owner is rarely present and leaves an older lady (who I later found out is her aunt) in charge, and she pretty much does whatever she wants. I reached out to the owner to politely share my experience, but instead of addressing it, she blocked me. I only realized this when I tried to book another appointment with Kelsey. Really disappointing customer service. Even if you find a nail tech you like, it seems like booking and management can be an issue. I'd recommend going somewhere else if you're looking for a more professional and consistent experience.

I did my favorite color of course with builder gel and the cost is just as if I went to a normal salon with lots of over-stimulants, at least here it's one on one at a time customer based and I love that. We laughed the whole time the vibe was vibing for sure and I felt very confident with my new set leaving her store front and have gotten so many compliments on how well she perfected the cuticle clean up and left me with no knicks AT ALL. I appreciate how he took his time and even started over if he didn't like how one finger turned out as he was layering on the coats. Tracy worked on my pedicure -- y'all need to book with her! She ensured the pedicure mirrored a spa experience as much as possible -- from the leg and foot scrub, to the clay mask, all the way to the hot stone foot massage -- it gave the right vibes all around for a pampering session. The salon itself isn't very big -- 7 pedicure massage chairs and 5 manicure stations but these guys are quick, efficient, sanitary, and reasonably priced. I'm order to have "V" I need to make an appointment which is usually for me Sunday's. V is so nice and gentle with my hands, does a good job and I leave happy with the end results. As I was a walk-in, Linda agreed to start with my manicure. She proceeds to take off the existing gel. Then cuts and files my nails. I then look at one hand, as she is finished cutting and filing and she was proceeding with the other hand, and commented that the nails are different lengths with the middle finger being much shorter than I wanted. Immediately off the bat, she acted completely offended and wouldn't even look at my hand to see what I was talking about. She kept looking about the room and speaking in her native language and slammed one of her nail tools on the table and then insisted all the nails were the same length. I kept trying to get her to actually look at my nails. When she finally did, she said someone else would have to help me. When I called her out on her inappropriate and unprofessional behavior and action, she said she was not going to help me as I "don't like" her. I reminded her that I've been to this salon several times over the last year and this is the only time I've ever been treated in such a manner. Nu ended up doing my pedicure and was able to fix the mess that Linda left. I'm typing this up as I'm in the massage chair receiving an amazing pedicure from Susan. Susan is always so pleasant to deal with...kudos to Susan. Linda could learn a thing or two from her!! Again...my 1 star review is strictly for LINDA!!
