Review 4.5/5! If you are looking for a nail technician who prioritize your wants and creative…read moredetail, Vicky at TikTok Lounge is a standout choice. She has built a reputation for being meticulous, especially when it comes to shaping and intricate nail art. Many clients here note that her work holds up exceptionally well. Sets often last 3+ weeks without lifting or chipping, which speaks to her preparation and application technique so I had to come for myself. And after 3 weeks, I can write this review in confidence. They have been holding up super well. Because she is so thorough, she may take a bit longer than a standard service even without the nail arts. It's best to visit when you aren't in a rush so she can focus on the quality of the set. The place is like any other nail salon but very spacious with high ceiling and big windows. 2nd visit: I came back for a pedicure with Rose recently, also very detailed and thorough. Had a great experience with her. Maybe the blue color I chose was still good but my sister, who got the classic white pedicure, said her paint already chipped by the she got home from work that night. The top coat wasn't holding up well. There was a new employee that day so I give them grace but she was not professional and need to be trained with the same TikTok lounge skills & manners! Overall still a good nail salon to go to.

First time coming to this place yesterday. I was in the area and thought I'd try out a nail salon…read morein the area. The place looks nice with very comfy looking seats. I was immediately greeted and welcomed. I was asked to enter my phone number on a check in screen by the door. It's was around 1-2PM so the place was not so busy for a Sunday afternoon. I was given a chair and asked to pick a color. I asked AI to decide on the color for me and I was greeted with Amy and another lady for my nails. I got the deluxe package for my feet and mini for my hands. I don't do polish on my hands. Amy is a seasoned professional. She understood that my feet tends to have thicker cuticles and she needed to get them all off for my comfort. Many salons will tell you don't do that but the final outcome is that I go home with more cuticles and less comfort and more business for them because they will test my will to come back early due to pain in my toes. So Amy did a great job here. My hand was a little problematic at first. But another lady who seems to be monitoring customer satisfaction came by and offered to fix it. The same nail technician who worked on it first was given another chance to fix it. She tried but she was unable to fix the issue. I told them I'm okay. I'm good. Then Brian came and told me that customer service is very important to him and that he prefers I get it fixed now and he can do so in 15 mins. He asked Amy, the nail technician who worked on my pedicure to look at my hands and fix them. Amy did the same amount of cars she did for my toes to my hands. I will definitely come back for Amy. Next is the eye brow waxing. It was quick and efficient. Jenny serviced my brows. I walked out of there feeling better than when I walked in. Their prices are fair and their commitment to quality is outstanding. Thank you for taking care of me. I will definitely be back.

Ly did my pedicure, and she was wonderful. However, when it came time for my French tip, she switched with Ivy. I politely pointed out that one side of the French tip was noticeably thinner than the other and simply asked if it could be corrected. Unfortunately, Ivy responded with an attitude, including rolling her eyes and looking toward another coworker. I remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction, so I was disappointed by the response. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I was only asking for a small correction to ensure I was happy with the service. I've had positive experiences at the Santana Row location, which is why I was disappointed with my experience at Brokaw. I hope the staff can take feedback from customers professionally and maintain a welcoming environment, even when a customer politely asks for an adjustment.

She shaped them so quickly and well and had such steady hands while doing these designs taking her time to make sure the design was exactly how I wanted it. She's the sweetest and I would totally go back whenever I need my nails done. For how many designs she did I would say the price is very reasonable. The pedicure was also great. I love coming here because I'm always helped right away. On weekends, there can be a little longer of a wait, but overall, they have plenty of staff available whether you need a manicure or pedicure. The quality of the work is great, and so are the prices! Just this past Friday, they had an amazing deal, and I was able to get a French manicure for only $37!!! My nails haven't chipped at all, and they still look beautiful! The service was also pretty quick, which I really appreciate. For comparison, I've gone to a salon in McCarthy Ranch for the exact same type of manicure and was charged double. To make matters worse, my nails started chipping the very next day. I don't like complaining, and my time is valuable--I don't want to have to go back to a salon just to get my nails fixed after already paying for a service. So, wouldn't you rather go somewhere that gives you great service, beautiful results, and a reasonable price? This place is definitely worth my time and money! The salon is always clean, and the ladies who work here have always treated me so well. I also usually call ahead to make sure they have someone available for whatever service I need, and they always answer right away and do their best to accommodate me. And ladies, if you have a boyfriend or husband who likes to accompany you but gets bored waiting, there's a brewery and pizza place right next door where they can hang out while you get pampered.
