After about 15 minutes, 2 women complained that their appointment was for "45 min ago." After a bit, they were told to sit in the pedicure chairs but they were left unattended for quite a while again. Several of the other women who were waiting unhappily left. ( I should have as well. :- (. Almost an hour after my scheduled appt, I was seated and told to place my feet in water which had quite a few bubbles... I tried to make sure no fragrance was added (causes rash) but man who appeared to be in charge said "little English" and no one could help! I finally figured out it wasn't scented. The pedicure was okay though rushed. I was sent to drying area and told to "wait". After quite a while, I was checking my nails and noticed that the tissue used to separate my toes (instead of the foam ones other salons use) had stuck to one nail. I showed it to her and, with attitude she "fixed it" and told me to "wait " again. Again... she did not come back. I had a 12:15 appt... it was then 3 pm ( for a basic pedicure!). I went to the desk and paid and left, heading to my car. Next thing I hear "manager " yelling at me about not leaving a tip (I actually planned to and had it in my pocket but, with all the other drama, forgot). He actually had chased me into the parking lot!! tried to explain what happened but he was causing a huge embarrassing scene. At over 70 years old, I've never been treated so inappropriately and rudely !!! He told me it was my fault my toes were too close ( ummm never been an issue before!!). Then insisted (loudly) that I return to shop for "refund" People were staring... I was about to cry and told him ... I just wanted "to go home"... (I certainly did not want to be subjected to further abuse ). As I walked towards my car, he was still yelling. I cried on the way home: "Happy Mother's Day to me!!!"
