This was probably my favorite nail shop before today. First of all, my regular nail tech was out of the country and apparently so was 90% of the rest of the staff. So the manager's unlicensed sister did my toes. #Disaster. Second, I needed my nails done. Needed them soaked off for a fresh overlay. I was given acetone to soak them off without having the filed. The bulk (w/ the exception of like 2 people) of the staff was cold and uninviting and literally Every nail from my manicure came out crooked/ has uneven paint. It was my first time coming, I was told about this place by my sister-in-law. I have been to a couple around the area but I don't think I'll be going anywhere anymore. The place is nice and clean, I went on a Tuesday around 5:30 for a pedicure and I did not have to wait. The staff is friendly and make sure you are comfortable. I like that they have a menu for add-on services with the prices clearly stated so there is no confusion over how much you end up paying. It's $15 for a regular pedicure and $3 more for french tip. The lady who did my pedicure was gentle but thorough and after she was done she turned on the massage chair while I waited for my pedicure to dry. I will be coming back for sure! read more

I will never come back here again! They did a horrible job on my manicure and pedicure! I wanted to find a place that was close by and cheaper than where I usually go. The price chart had manicure and pedicure for $25 no "and up" sign next to It. so how did I end up paying $35 plus the tip I left. First of all I went in and requested and full set and pedi. They sat me fast, so so far so good. The man doing my pedicure wasn't friendly at all so I tried to start a conversation asking him about his plans for the holidays and so on. He was very dry, maybe not having a good day idk. He gives me the price chart for the pedicure I chose the $15 one. I kid you not I was done with my pedicure in 10 min. I guess that's a good thing? NO! It felt so rushed, I really could have did it myself it's that's the case. Oh and wine? Everybody else has wine, no one bothered to ask me if I would like a glass or water. Ok next I'm already just ready to go by now but the lady already started working on my nails. Not to square not to round, not hard right. This to only took no more than 15 min. I'm looking at my nails and they look horrible. She did not file them properly, didn't even put a top coat on it, nor the oil that they usually put when you are about to wash your hands. I went to get a mani and pedi (shellac) It cost me $75 . I did not have any artificial nails added just my natural nail. I got the $25 package on my pedi. This price is soo high for a basic service of shellac.The guy was busy on his phone throughout the whole service. They were all rushing doing my nails as if they had some where to be . Even as I cashed out he was on his phone while charging me ,watching videos. The service is trash . The price is unreasonable for their service . I will NEVER step foot in this facility. And if they over charged me for their service because of the unprofessional manner of being on the phone watching videos ,I want a refund on the difference. My sister and I both went here to get our toes done about two weeks ago, we were attracted to the $15 pedicure. Great price right? Well you get what you pay for. The place seemed to be an average nail salon, they had a large variety of colors to choose from and they have the massage chairs and they even offered me a bottle of water so it was a pretty good experience, HOWEVER now two weeks later, not only did the color fade but now my sis and I both have FUNGUS on our toe nails. I visited this nail salon last week during my lunch break hoping to get a great manicure...but it turned out to be horrible. the woman who was doing my nails didnt even say hello, she sped through everything, only filing my nails once, rubbing for about 1 minute on my hands with lotion, and didnt even put a base coat on! For the low price of $10 it was not worth even $5! While I was letting my hands dry under the UV light table, I looked over my shoulder to see a large cockroach walking around...when it started to head towards me I left, wet nails and all. it has been less than one week and I need to get another manicure as the polish is coming off and my cuticles look ragged, This was very disappointing experience and I will not return. read more

I do not recommend this place. I have been getting my nails done for years every two weeks, So I have seen it all, they told me 25 for my fill, and 25 for my pedicure which is reasonable. When they were done they charged $70, I was like where are you getting 70?? I got designs on two fingers that's it. I knew what I wanted to get and the girl that did them kept saying oh now, that's not gonna look right, you should do this. I thought she knew better and was making a good recommendation, but when she did them they were awful! At first they look ok, but when I got home and I was looking at them, she missed spots of my nail! left the oil, didn't even finish my manicure went straight to another customer. I will never go back to this salon, I received a pedicure on Tuesday 12/11 and was sick with fever by Friday and hospitalized on the following Monday for an infection in my leg because the technician went to deep in my toe nail bed. I've been to a lot of places near my home and all over Houston. I took a chance one day and dropped in. Really glad I did. I was greeted immediately as I came in the door. They did an outstanding job on my nails and toes. He had my eyebrows looking so good that once I walked out of there I felt prettier than when I came in. It was worth ever penny. For starters, I've been here multiple times, each time was a disappointment. I'm only writing this because I am furious. I asked one of the men who was currently doing my nails could he do a copycat but change the base to white. The nails looked nothing like the picture and he knew, so he tried to cover it with glitter. After accepting the fact, a week later, the day of my birthday, two of my nails popped off. I'm very well experience with maintaining my nails and I promise that never happened before. I went to get them fixed, of course it was not free. After he redid my two nails I noticed that those two nails looked better than the full set. The two nails were what nails SUPPOSED to look like, the rest of the set looks JUST like press ons, and now I feel like he did my nails like that on purpose because 1. He wants us to come back and spend more (which I spent $51 in total) 2. They are lazy ALL OF THEM! I don't care. 0 stars WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. I was very impressed by one of my clients eyebrows that was done by Danny. I went and had mine done by Danny also. The shape of my eyebrows were great...however I'm allergic to wax. Around my eyebrows were swollen bumpy and irritated. When I went back I asked Danny not to use wax and he was pissed because I told him that I was allergic to wax. Ladies my pedicure was only $15.00 dollars I have yet to find any nail shop at this awesome price and yes the tech was sweet and did a good job. My Shellac refill was $30.00 because my nails are long. What really amazed me was the $5.00 eyebrow wax that I had done , yess they are on fleek. I have very thick eyebrows and have struggled with finding a salon that understands yes that is they way I want to keep them. As I was coming in I also saw a client who he did eyebrow tinting to and they where amazing. Ladies for eyebrows and eye lashes ask for danny . I went here to have my pedicure and manicure done. The old lady about 60 years old did a horrible job, extremely rush, and did not even talk to me. I told her that she needed to push a little bit hard when she scrubbed my feet. Then she was talking shit about me to the other young guy sat next to her. She did not even put the basecoat on my nail, until I asked her to do so. I paid extra $5, she did not do anything except put some sea salt pretending scrub my legs. The owner was screaming at his employees in Vietnamese. Absolutely a low class nail salon. I always tip people at least $10, but this time I did not, because she did not provide a decent customer service. I usually come here to get my nails done with Kelly, she's great and the only one who does a good job in my opinion, the rest of the staff is fairly new and sometimes they don't understand what you tell them. Couple of times I have to wait a very long time to get my nails done, because they can't tell you how people they have in front of them and make you wait. Another thing I don't like is when they are doing your toes and someone else give them money they actually get it with there hand, then touch your feet, they don't use gloves at all or if the do they don't take them off to received money. Cheap prices, but the shellac manicure peeled off in less than a week. And not just flaking off - the polish off of the whole nail peeled off in one piece. On multiple nails. I've been here twice.First time I got a pedicure, it wasn't too bad. Pedicure was average (had better and had worse) but you really can't beat a $15 pedicure that's close to you. And I sat in the pedicure chairs and I didn't see any roaches.....that's right I said it, roaches.....Second time I got a shellac manicure, bout $30. I love the light baby pink I picked out and more importantly I got my nails done in the middle of May. 3-4 weeks later you can hardly tell that I got them done about a month ago! Awesome freaking job!! But during the time I was getting my nails done, I sat at one of the stations, I saw 4 f**king lil roaches crawling from behind w/e was on the wall. And they don't even really try to kill them. The guy simply just flicked it off the wall not even caring where it went! WTF?!?!!?! That is pure gross and disgusting. I would give this place 1 star (solely on the roaches)but I'm hoping the more higher star ratings they get that will attract more customers, which will lead into more money so they can fix their roach issue! Also, to be honest not sure if I will go back. I love the way my nails look and how long they last but I cannot ignore the roaches. PLEASE FIX THE ROACH PROBLEM ASAP!!!!!!!!!! I'm still pissed! Went in to get a mani pedi, I was so uncomfortable and irritated the entire time. The man doing my pedicure ended up rubbing his arm against my wet toes. Then proceeded to put 2 more layers of nail polish to "fix" the damage. And the guy doing my fingers cut not 1 but 3 of my cuticles because he was rushing and then proceeded to pour alcohol all over my hands. Paid $55 for Shelac manicure and regular pedicure, which is not that much cheaper than other salons. Ladies spend the extra buck or two and go somewhere better. read more
