It was genuinely gross and made me question how this place is even allowed to operate. The salon was also completely unorganized and understaffed. As a walk-in, I expected a bit of a wait -- but after waiting about 40 minutes with no communication, I left without even getting my nails done. Other people seemed just as frustrated. Between the lack of cleanliness, the chaos, and the poor customer service, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It seriously needs to be inspected.
