No attention at all to feet, scalp,face which in my 50 years of getting massages is fairly routine. Feet have never been skipped before on a massage. I usually tip well but today I couldn't find a reason to tip for service. I won't be seeing Berta again when I go back. Bad attitude, bad service.

My therapist was 'London' - she was fantastic and always checked with me to ask if the pressure was too much, too little, or just right.
