This short stocky blob started high with the fade and completely cut off the right side of my top half that combs over. He was cutting my hair as if he was running late to an appointment. I had just missed him, so I went with JT who recently transferred from another barber shop. I entered, signed in and waited in full view of three employees (not including JT), and no one acknowledged my presence for at least 10 minutes. One barber finished the client he was with and left. After a few more minutes JT, whose station was out of my line of sight finished with his client and came around to the front. Seeing my name, he called me to his station. I showed JT pictures of what I wanted, and he delivered. He was pleasant and efficient. He gave me both a haircut and redefined my beard. I am happy with the results, and so is my wife. He listened, understood and gave me what I requested. JT's service was just fine. I gave the business as a whole only 2 stars for customer service because of not being acknowledged for so long. It looked like someone threw my hair into a blender and that was the result, you could get your kids, younger siblings, or pet and they would do a better job. My bands her mismatches, the right side was longer and went down at a 45 degree angle. The left side of my hair was longer, and the right side was shorter, the back of my hair was the same, longer sides and shorter sides. They get you by combing your hair to make the cut look decent but once you shower you see how badly they messed up. Go anywhere else, cut your own hair, but I wouldn't recommend this. $20 for your hair to get butchered it horrible. I literally made this account that I will never use again to warn people about this.
