My fault for not booking an appointment. When They open I asked one of the owners (Chino) who was their master barbers or had the most experience. The owner's younger brother( I later found out) called my name. He was nice but INEXPERIENCED. I started to look at the mirror and saw more errors, he tried to fix them but I just told him to stop. He didn't even line my mustache straight. I asked for a hot towel shave and he shaved me with the electric shaver after the straight razor. My skin is burning and irritated!!!! The following picture is what I asked for and then the end result. By the way, I asked for a low taper and I don't think he even gave me a fade. Barber contacted me and apologized.
