Worst color job ever. I never expected to come out of the salon brassy. My hair is over-processed. They charged three times what they quoted. A woman should never come out of a salon brassy unless they're going red. The photos below show what received and what I asked for. I hated having to go to those "other places" only to get a different stylist every time and having to explain what I want, only to leave disappointed. In my search a few years ago for a new salon, I thought I would check this salon out... THE-MOST-HORRIBLE place I have seen so far...stylist was super late -owner gave me the worst cup of cold coffee in a crappy little styrofoam cup- bottles of water were "for sale" for a $1 a piece...really? You can't give your clients water? Do you really need to charge them for it? The reception desk, which had no receptionist, was cluttered with opened mail and all kinds of stuff... If they sold product, it was hodge-podge and messy in display shelving behind the reception desk... Since my stylist had yet to arrive, the owner takes me to the back and has me sit in a stylist chair...she brushed hair off the stylist chair with their hands...gasp! while sitting waiting for my late stylist, I saw hair everywhere...on counters, stuck to walls, on floor... Cobwebs in corners, badly-folded-up towels sitting in the pedicure chair...clutter and dirt and hair as far as the eye could see! And I was the first customer of the day at 9:00 am...never saw my stylist because after taking it all in, I got up and told the owner, in front of a client she was doing, that her place was disgustingly filthy, that I should not have to wait 20 minutes for my stylist to arrive... And that this was not the place for me...she then looked at me in horror, like I was out of line! I did see some dude stumble into the salon through a back room that connects to a gym, wearing "cut-so-short-I-can-see-the-pocket-liners-sticking out-of-your-shorts" denim shorts... Never came to greet me or to apologize for being late- and I set the appointment up with him personally the day before! (Should have been my first clue that I got in so quickly). They need to decide if they are a gym, or a hair salon... And then revamp the whole shebang cause there is no way I would go back with what I experienced...one star because I can't submit with zero stars... read more
