Daisy was the one who give me the deep tissue massage and she's know what she's doing. She has magic hands and she's always asking for any specific areas that's hurts. Massage: 3/5. Im a special case. I am extremely active & have lots of knots & scar tissue that needs addressing. My deep tissue was ok. It was not bad in any sense but I'm used to a high level of pain from the therapist really getting in there. I just didn't get that level of intensity needed for me to get that "loose" feeling Im used to. The therapist said I should consider coming back more often. This was new to me since I've always walked away from deep tissues with a majority of my issues resolve (at a high price of pain during). It's usually a reset for my muscles and I don't feel like I got that. Price: 4/5. I found this business on Groupon and I think for that price the massage was of good value. The average retail price of 69$ for an hr is about average. Their message add ons were reasonably priced and for the cupping I got I felt 15$ was a great deal so they get bonus points for all their additional offerings. Would I go again: yes, although I may ask if they recommend a specific therapist for my specific issues and pain tolerance. It is a good business that is worth patronizing.

It's always that they are so rushed, don't pay attention to details, hurt my cuticles, or even when they take them off they damage my nail beds that I don't even go out to get my nails done. She took so much time and paid attention to the details. Sometimes getting white nails can be a hit or miss but she nailed it. If y'all go, you need to ask for Jenni. Also, I'm not much of a talker because of social anxiety haha (unless needed) and she totally fit the vibe and did her thing.

This was the result of a $50 pedicure. The owner was also arrogant and rude. I think the picture speaks for itself!!

More than anything, I wanted to see how nail salons were changing and adapting due to Covid-19. I was happy to receive a confirmation text that explained the precautions they were taking and what I was to expect during my visit as a client; this put me quite se ease. They told me to have a mask on and wait in my car until they texted me to let me know my technician was ready. I'm glad I remembered my mask! I noticed that clients weren't allowed to touch nail polishes, you would point to bottle and technician would take bottles and place them at your service station. The no touching anything made me very happy. That means they are being extra cautious. My technician was also wearing gloves, a mask, and shield during the whole service. It seemed uncomfortable but definitely necessary. I was very happy with my service overall. Brenda, my nail technician was very attentive and thorough. There was a mis communication, I had booked time for a mani/pedi and told them I'd need extra time because of the condition of my nails but I was only scheduled for pedi. As soon as Brenda made them aware of the situation they did re-arrange the schedule and gave me extra time. I paid 80.00 dollars for my service and I was very pleased. Good service takes time, care, and extra attention. These ladies know how to take care of you. La Posada Spa offers CND products which I learned from my regular nail expert Michelle at Pewter Nails in Reno are the best. Thank you Brenda and thank you La Posada Spa. I will see you all again when I'm back in the area.
