I walked in and an Asian man was sitting there but, all be could say was "massage". He called the "massage therapist" to the front and she only spoke Spanish. They charge $60 for an hour of "full" body swedish massage and an extra $3 to pay with a card. She took me to the room and turned on a blue light instead of a dimly lit room. There was typical relaxing music playing but, as she started the massage on my face/head and shoulders I could hear the reggaeton (Spanish dance) music playing in her earphones. About 10 mins into the massage the therapeutic music stopped playing so all I could her was her music. Then another 10 mins later a woman came into the building and was being so loud. As for the massage, she concentrated mostly on my hands and feet and maybe 5 mins at the most on my back which I specifically went in for (I told them that and also specified it in the intake form). She kept losing physical contact to get more lotion every 2 mins or so, it was quite frustrating. She also didn't use any special strokes or techniques. The massage was definitely not worth $60 and then she asked for a tip at the end. TOTAL waste of money! You're way better off going to the massage school and paying almost half the price and getting a much better massage from students trying to make a grade as well as having a better "spa" like feel.

Trying to go to any massage place is difficult because of the time it takes to get there, husband working plenty of hours and having two kids to be taken care of. Roxy arrived right on time, even though it was pouring rain. I walked in and she greeted me to the back. Everything was so neat and clean. As soon as I entered, I felt immediately relaxed and excited to do this. She worked on my shoulders and back since that's where I felt the most discomfort. Throughout the whole massage, she could tell which areas needed the most attention and even knew little details like how I lean on my right side a lot. I've had a lot of massages in the past but never one personalized to my needs. She's amazing, professional and helped the knots on my shoulders. After the massage was over, I just walked back into my house and took a nap. No driving. No stuck in traffic, just right to my bed. Will definitely schedule again and tell all my friends.

No attention at all to feet, scalp,face which in my 50 years of getting massages is fairly routine. Feet have never been skipped before on a massage. I usually tip well but today I couldn't find a reason to tip for service. I won't be seeing Berta again when I go back. Bad attitude, bad service.
