I happened to be in the area so I walked into this one. The wax I got was just okay-not great, not bad. I usually love my waxes at the other Merle Norman but not so much at this one. The technician that worked on me was very young, to her defense. Each Merle Norman is individually owned so it can be expected that the level of service will vary. Also, the owner of this particular Merle Norman also owns the Spa La Posada next door and both businesses are connected (as in they're housed in the same building). Don't be surprised when you call Merle Norman and the person who answers the phone says it's La Posada. I think next time I'll go to the other Merle Norman. It seems to have older and more experienced technicians.
