Honestly, I always feel glared at with this look of "why are you here" from the girls at the front desk. Their window also makes it incredibly difficult to talk to /hear them. It's never "how can we help you today?" it's always just, "yes?" when I walk in. I'm not sure if they're like that with everyone, or if it's because I'm a male, but honestly, if it was that the actual people doing my treatment were amazing, I'd be giving them a lower rating because I always feel unwelcome walking in. But the treatments have been great and the consultants are very friendly. Just have to het past the unwelcoming check-in/waiting area.

I do not recommend coming here for CO laser or any serious skincare treatment…read more I was given no numbing at all before my CO laser session -- not even a basic topical cream. The pain was unbearable, and my body was literally shaking on the way home. The provider rushed through the procedure because they were closing soon, and the entire experience felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. What made it worse is that the staff who did my consultation assured me that numbing cream is supposed to be used before CO, which is exactly what you'll see everywhere online. It's common knowledge that CO is a very intense, painful laser, and numbing is standard protocol. But when I asked the doctor about it, she brushed it off and said they don't usually numb for CO. That contradiction shows a serious lack of consistency and professionalism. The whole experience felt sales-driven, like they were more interested in pushing packages than actually screening clients or offering safe, thoughtful care. I also felt they were spiteful or dismissive when I asked reasonable questions -- especially considering the price of these treatments. I would not trust this place again. For how unprofessional, rushed, and dismissive they were, it's absolutely not worth the risk. Go to a clinic that values their clients and treats them with care.
