The provider rushed through the procedure because they were closing soon, and the entire experience felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. What made it worse is that the staff who did my consultation assured me that numbing cream is supposed to be used before CO, which is exactly what you'll see everywhere online. It's common knowledge that CO is a very intense, painful laser, and numbing is standard protocol. But when I asked the doctor about it, she brushed it off and said they don't usually numb for CO. That contradiction shows a serious lack of consistency and professionalism. The whole experience felt sales-driven, like they were more interested in pushing packages than actually screening clients or offering safe, thoughtful care. I also felt they were spiteful or dismissive when I asked reasonable questions -- especially considering the price of these treatments. I would not trust this place again. For how unprofessional, rushed, and dismissive they were, it's absolutely not worth the risk. Go to a clinic that values their clients and treats them with care.

I could hear conversations with other patients and with staff, so it was impossible to really relax. Nothing like any other treatment rooms I have been in. The rating would be even lower, but he is very good with the needles. Not even a hint of discomfort when the needles were inserted.
