This place is great! Three of us got pedicures with very short notice. They gave very long massages and my nails look great!

The location is also convenient for me on the east side, near the Hy-Vee.

The treatments were $200 total (two classic manicures and two classic pedicures). Due to the service we received and the less-than-impressive results, I would not recommend this salon to someone looking to get their nails done in Sun Prairie. When I arrived, they seemed to have over-booked themselves, as they didn't seat us for over 30 minutes. During the pedicure, I asked for a French tip design, which ended up being a pink polish that dried bumpy with a shaky white line along the top. The water was initially lukewarm, and we were left sitting with it for another 30 minutes. As I mentioned, I initially booked 2 classic manicures (not gel). We were both convinced into switching to gel polish instead after we asked for designs, as the techs said that the designs would turn out better with gel. I asked for a small design (stars on two nails), and the designs ended up smudged and looked sloppy, which the tech refused to correct when I asked. After the tech was done with my friend's design and the polish was curing under the lamp, she experienced pain due to the heat and quickly withdrew her hands. The tech was rude when this happened and seemed frustrated and impolite despite her expressing pain. We both ended up with polish all over our hands, which the techs did not remove or acknowledge. Although the people behind the front desk, who I believe were the owners or managers, were very polite and thanked us for being patient, the techs seemed rushed, were rude, and were upset when asked to make corrections. The nails look OK from a distance, but as the person wearing them, the quality is underwhelming. If the mani/pedis had been higher quality, I would have been willing to look past the issues. However, with the subpar service, long wait, and disappointing quality of the treatment itself, it was simply not worth the $200 I spent.

The male was sarcastic and funny acting, the female never properly clipped and cleaned the nails and cuticles before applying the acrylic to the nails. The service was rushed and unfriendly. The lady was rude talking in a foreign language on her phone the whole time while attempting to do my nails in which she messed up the hearts and didn't get the acrylic up to the finger part where the cuticle was never cut and pushed back properly. Also, the acrylic was not properly placed over the nail fully and now the nails are coming up, bubbling up and cracking and my friends nail has now come off at a week and two days later when they should be staying on about three weeks in which she doesn't do any strenuous work that involve her hands. Also, when my best friend went to pay, they tried to hassle her out of her money to pull it out of a time machine and said that they would take off five dollars off of the 200 and something dollars that she owed and asked several times. Today, my best friend called and expressed her concerns about our nails coming up and not being done correctly, and the lady was belligerent and rude about this and was not willing to be understanding and was screaming at my best friend. I do not recommend anybody go here and have anything done as they feel they can do shitty work, rush, lie and try to swindle people out of money so that they can pocket it by having them pull it out of a Time Machine. Also the lady was rude to my female friend calling her saying oh you man and your female that came in and the man made comments to my husband about why wasn't or that he should being paying for my nails and toes when that's none of yalls business and not professional at all!! Get your shit together

My experiences at Indulge Spa have been excellent, thanks to Greg…read more Greg is a truly extraordinary massage therapist. I am still trying to understand how it is that his way of doing massage works so marvelously well. Part of it, upon reflection, must be due to his seemingly endless reserves of stamina, and even more so, to his robust and unwavering strength. Because he does not struggle, at any time, to do the work, because he does not tire, does not weaken, he can apply whatever needs to be done with his unique, gentle precision. I've had clinicians struggle with their hands, knuckles, fingertips, even use their elbows, and so on, and when that happens, they lose the feel for the work, and the massage is rather less effective. Bruises occur as a side-effect, as well, which brings me to another thing I don't understand about Greg: His gentleness. Greg has a way of releasing the tension in the body with no sense whatsoever of drama. I do not experience a flutter or a fight, or really almost anything, except the awareness that, in a matter of a dozen seconds, my aching, clenched muscle has relaxed, has been set free of the prison it set for itself. I leave with less stress, physical and emotional, and I sleep far better (as reflected in my overnight HRV readings, as well), and I function with greater patience and clarity the next day, during which I also find that I am not bruised or even tender anywhere. I am, simply, more myself, because I no longer carry the unwanted tension I was burdened with for so long, tension that curtailed some substantial portion of my thoughts and my feelings. I think I may have repeated myself; I think that Greg's strength is one key to his gentleness. While others do everything they can to be strong enough, Greg is already far more than strong enough, so he can focus instead on being gently effective. The remarkable thing is, is that he does focus on exactly that, and that through such means he performs his work so very, very well. Greg's compassion is extraordinary, even among massage therapists. What further surprised me is that his acumen in the realm of anatomy not only informed his massage, but that Greg uses his knowledge to enhance my kinesthetic awareness, discussing with me some of the things I could do differently that might help. Greg's mastery of physical form and function is greater than that of any physical therapist I have worked with, and I've had a few good ones. Here, too, Greg is helping me, even outside of the clinic, to live my life more as I wish to be able to. Greg is a dedicated and gifted massage therapist, and much more, besides. I'd follow him anywhere, because a genuinely great massage therapist is hard to find -- I've looked.
