This is immediately leaving. I'm sitting in my car writing this. Is this for reals? This manicure is awful. I wanted buff shine and didn't get that. Instead I barely got them filed, she rubbed collagen gel on my nails, and sent me on my way. She didn't even clean my nails at all. I'm now going somewhere else so they can fix this. I'm so upset. I paid $67 for my manicure and pedicure. How awful.
Have mixed emotions of this place. My niece got a full set from David. She LOVED it, the shape was perfect and the price of $30 was decent. I however paid $25 dollars for a gel manicure. From the beginning I was disappointed because my cuticles were not taken care of, even though I pointed out that they were still extremely rough and visible. It has been 1 week, my nieces acrylics are still perfect but my gel manicure chipped and came off. :/ Bottom line, go there for acrylics but not for gel.
My first time coming here and definitely the last time. Today I went and got a mani & pedi. The nail tech was a elderly man , he did my pedi ok but unfortunately my mani gel color (cat eye style) looks very bad, it doesn't even look like cat eye. He cut my thumb, hyponychium area and I didn't notice the dry blood under my nail till I got home and now it's hurting. It was not worth $70 plus tip. I'm so disappointed, my nails looked like a rookie practicing doing my nails I don't recommend coming here and waste your time and money unless you don't mind paying that amount of money and walking out with crappy nails
***UPDATE*** I got cussed at through private message by Danny for sharing my experience. WORST experience of my life. First of all I came in around 5:45pm and they close at 7. I wanted a full set, I was trying to look at the glitter tips but it was hard to see as they were stacked up and they didn't seem interested in showing me them. So I decide on just nail polish. The older man sat me down and started on an already used towel (I could see a nail they had popped off someone else). When he put on the tips it looked good and straight so I was excited! But then when he started putting on the acrylic I could see if was uneven and lumpy and I knew these were probably gonna be the worst nails I've had. I told myself maybe it'll look better when it's sanded down. No, it didn't look better. He didn't get close to the cuticle so some nails looked like I could use a fill already, I asked if he could get closer to the cuticle and he did. After all the sanding he had me wash my hands and I could see the edges around my nails still had overflow of acrylic and one nail had a whole thing of acrylic hanging. I asked him to sand it and he did but started complaining, saying I'm too picky. He didn't want to sand the sides which is all I wanted, if you're like me and like getting acrylics you know how annoying the extra acrylic on the sides are. He got mad and cut my nails off and said I was trouble and he stayed later to do my nails (mind you they didn't close till 7pm). He yelled at me in front of everyone and kicked me out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I only came here because it got good reviews and I don't know how considering how lumpy the acrylic was off the bat when applied. Would not recommend to anyone. Any place is better than this. I posed pictures of the way he kicked me out and the sides that I just wanted him to file.
I'm new to the AV and was trying to find a new go-to place close to home. I'm sorry to say this is not it. I didn't mind the tech's children but it took away from my experience when one of them sat next to me with the tablet/cartoons on full volume. Also, one of the nail techs went to the sink to rinse his mouth and blew his nose into the sink.. kind of grossed me out since I was directly facing him. I'm sure there's a bathroom he could have gone to? Or a tissue? My nail tech was a very nice older woman but I'm sorry, I did not like the way my nails turned out.
This is my first time here and I loved how my nails turned out The person who did my is Dennis,he is so sweet and so creative with nails! He's very patient with you and very nice! There open again which is Awsome ! I will be coming back here again . Thank you Dennis for making me feel all happy and extra with my nails again !
Today was my first time going to this shop and I loved it it's clean and a nice environment inside me henry did my pedi and mani and when I tell u he did a great job that's a under statement he tried his hardest to take off all the dead skin I have peeling off due to a feet treatment I did couple weeks back and he also made me feel good about going back cause he clean right after me so I know they are fallowing regulations
I would never recommend this place to anyone. This was my second time here, and a different person did my nails than the first time. I asked for an acrylic fill; with gel. He hurt me a few times with the electric file and I pulled away. But I wasn't paying much attention otherwise, because it was my one hour of the week to try and do something relaxing. The gel didn't seem perfect, but I just paid and left because it was hot inside. When I left, I noticed that the gel was bumpy and uneven, and throughout that day and the next I started to notice my cuticle areas getting red and infected. The acrylic went way too high up and i had multiple cuts in my cuticles. It hurt so badly that I spent two hours at home soaking off the acrylic the day after the manicure. When I called to ask for a refund, they told me to send them pics which I did. They said I needed to come in so they could see my hands because they don't know what I did to them since I didn't complain in the moment. I told them I had work until very late and couldn't come in, and they said it wasn't their fault that I had work and the only way they would deal with it was for me to come in. EXTREMELY unprofessional and terrible customer service. I will not be returning here again.
Took my princess in for a birthday mani, and was very unsatisfied. Customer service could have been better. It did not feel like she got top service. There was polish on her fingers and above the nails. The polish on the nails was uneven and not smooth. I don't feel like we were treated with much effort.
luv this place. Dennis is my go to guy to get my nails done. he does a great job. the peices aren't high and the work is amazing in a very clean and relaxing environment. I'm definatly recommending you try them out. just moved out here and was looking for a new spot and I found it. thanks nailed it spa !!!

Decided to try this new nail salon today. Staff is super welcoming, it is family owned. My sister and I loved our nails! They are very detailed and do a great job! I will definitely be coming back especially since its so close to home. read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! I have a hard time finding and trusting new shops but Dennis made me feel like I could trust him in what he's doing and he did! My nails are BEAUTIFUL!! I came here the other day for a full set and pedicure, my full set was done by an older man. Although he was very kind and friendly to me he did keep pushing gel polish and I had to tell him multiple times to clean around the nails and fix it, my nails came out a bit chunky due to the white nail polish running out already. I came in with a different idea in mind but they said if I did the one I wanted it would be over $100 and it also seemed the older man wouldn't be able to do it so I picked something easy. $35 for length and $5 for each design. My nails are somewhat lifting and look like I already need a fill but I feel like if you come to him with an easier design the job will be good. As for my pedicure I absolutely LOVE. If you are in need of a pedicure go here and ask for LEI she's an amazing woman. She constantly asked what I liked checked to make sure I had no ingrown said and helped me choose the color best suited for me. 1000/10 will come again for a pedicure with her! read more
I don't indulge in getting my nails done very often, but I had engagement photos to take so I went to yelp to find a salon for a last minute mani pedi. It was a very short wait for a walk in, and the lady that did my nails was very attentive. I opted for a simple gel French tip style. She was very careful to make sure the lines matched up and the nails were the same length and the shapes were right. My nails look gorgeous. I can't believe they are actually my nails! I did have to deduct one star for the lack of ambiance. It's really noisy outside due to cars screeching past and revving engines. Also the side are of the building is littered with trash. The doors are left open for air flow but this led to gnats and flies disturbing what should be a relaxing time. The walls are just painted cement bricks in a really dull shade of blue grey. Overall the visit was pleasant and will happily return. It would be great if they could get a new location to better accentuate the spa vibe that I know they could provide. read more

First time here and it won't be my last! Dennis was my nail tech and I explained to him I haven't had acrylics in a long time and he made sure I was comfortable with my nail shape and length. The time he took on my nails made me sure he would be my go to nail tech from now on. Beautiful nail salon and everyone is very friendly. They recently got new massage chairs for spa pedicures and they are so comfortable! Would definitely recommend! read more

I Was very pleased . I waited last minute to find a place to get my nails done before Vegas and I called and they were able to accommodate me. I'm big on shape and David game me exactly what I wanted. The whole place was welcoming and his wife did an awesome job on my pedi. read more

Nailed it Spa was great! I was a first time customer that made an appointment and was greeted on time by David! He knows his stuff about Nails! I was also worried it would take the typical 1.5 hours since I was on my lunch break. It did not! I arrived at 12:05 and was out of there by 12:45! He was nice a professional. If you want a good pink and white ombré set this is the place for you. My daughter and I came here on 12/23 and we had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and our nails turned out great. I also had the extra relaxing pedicure and it was a nice treat. Lei did a great job on my pedicure and was very nice. Her husband did my nails and they look so good. You should definitely give this shop a try. It's a family run business and they do a great job. It's a little on the pricy side but it's totally worth it. I don't mind paying for quality. Try the extra relaxing pedicure with the hot stone massage. It's the best $40 you'll ever spend. Start the New Year with some self care and pamper yourself. read more

You guys I can't stress enough how amazing David did on my nails. My nail lady was busy and I found this place and decided to walk in and as soon as I stepped in the door I was greeted and was helped right away. David was super friendly and I instantly felt comfortable with him doing my nails. ( I'm very picky) he was also very patient when I was picking out my color. He did my nails in less the 30 min and really did good with detail. I found my new place to go now! GO HERE GUYS. Price is perfect! read more

Great manicure and pedicure and great prices but it's not a relaxing experience. First, look boys ways to make sure you don't get mugged or accosted by a druggie or drunk man wandering around the parking lot. Second - the owners don't get childcare for their kids. So if you are leaving yours at home to have a spa like experience, you are coming to the wrong place. There are kids fighting and bored - while their dad sits on his phone and watches music videos and just puts a word in when the kids really start to get going. Meanwhile their mother is doing your toes, trying to parent (because dad is checked out) and on top of it all there is an old man that wakes up from his nap to change the tv channel on you without asking. Which just may or may not have been the only way you were able to cope with the chaos in the room. But if you can handle all that - it's one of the cheapest places in town and the color is all still on my nails a week later read more

This place is definitely the best place in the AV to get your nails done! There's never a long wait like in other places and everyone is so kind! I've been here several times in the last few months and tried pretty much every person both mani and pedi, acrylics, gel, and regular and every time my nails look amazing! On top of all of that, the prices are very cheap! I'm never going anywhere else! read more

This is the best nail shop I have been too in the lancaster palmdale area and now the only one I will return to. David did an absolutely gorgeous set of pink and white ombré acrylics. I came as a walk in first thing on Sunday morning with the full intention of waiting at least an hour. David was able to take me immediately and did not rush my nails. As my service started customer began to pile in so in the future I will make an appointment! David has wonderful customer service. He gave me all of the powder color options to choose from and also clearly explained how their pricing structure works before I even sat down. No bait and switch no last minute price change this was a perfectly transparent transaction which is rare in a nail shop. Everyone was polite and greeted customers with smiles. 10/10 would recommend read more

Great service ! So friendly ! Kid friendly as well. Little sister was thirsty and they were very kind and got up to her get some water. Beautiful work on the nails. Nice environment. My mom also got her nails done there. They provided excellent service to both of us. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this nail salon !!!! read more

I am unsure how the place earned five stars, here's my experience. The place looked like a flea market and unkept. Not spa like by any means. The technician kept filing way to hard and I bled alot. The tech responded by laughing at me and saying that I had hang nails all over the place. He did not clean up my cuticles, instead he pushed them back with his own nails and then didn't trim anything off. Gross. While I was being tended to another customer came in complaining that she had her nails done two ago and four had fallen off already. Which didn't give me high hopes. She had made an appointment, that she was on time for however the tech arrived fifteen minutes later she wasn't happy. When time came for shape I asked for rounded nails. I walked out with almond pointy things after asking multiple times to get rid of the point. Other things to note, he didn't clean up the acrylic around my nails on my fingers or clean the underside of the nail with excess acrylic. He just went on and painted almost near the whole top of my finger. He didn't use a base coat for the gel color which has plenty of bubbles and streaks. All in all I will not recommend or be going back. No matter how many times I asked for something to be fixed up, he just chuckled and said we'll take care of it next time. I went home and spent about a half hour cleaning them up myself! read more

HORRIBLE! Waste of your money. I went here and spent $50. I got a gel manicure and 2 days later it was already chipped. I called and asked if they could fix he and he was VERY rude and told me no. I will NEVER go back here. The guy who did them was very sick and he rushed my nails. He didn't even paint them all of the way and my nails looked orange compared to my toes which were red. read more

I came in as a walk in today a bit before 5 PM. I was seated right away and Dennis did an amazing job start to finish. He took his time to check and do it right and was the best with the drill, no pain or cuts. Was upfront about cost and I think the price is fair. I will definitely be back to see Dennis in a few weeks. read more
