Search for a new place to go since the place I went to before was busy and found this place. I made an appt online for a Monday and was all set. When I got there and said I was there for an appt, scheduling was off because they thought I was supposed to come in at 4pm when I made it for 5:30. We cleared it up and I sat a Mr. Ray's booth. He was so nice. The lady at the counter was so nice. She offered water or wine and I went with water. He helped me open it when I needed to take a sip. Ray did my nails in record time my far, he's amazing. I got the dipping powder with tips and color 319 I believe, a glittery purple. Why? I dunno, it looked pretty. Seems like Monday nights are ideal because I was the only one in there so I'll keep that in mind. Thanks!

There is a menu of different pedicure options, and I usually go with a "middle-of-the-road" option that includes paraffin and callus treatment, which I find both work well for me -- and are done well at this spa. I am terrible at doing my own nails, so trimming, shaping, and cuticle management I are what I care about most. My nails look and feel significantly better, and I've never had any injuries or pain while getting them done here. The polishes are high quality, too. The price is on par with what I've paid at other spas, and the overall service is great. Misaki offers everything I want out of a pedicure service.

I saw her face in the same mirror that I saw my brows plastered with glue? I tell her "please take this stuff off" she passes a cotton swab? (So now this a DIY experience?) I point out her mistakes. The only thing more jacked up then getting bad brows is having the tech tell you to come back and see them. Why da f#%k would I do that? I really must love putting myself through this crap because when I walked into the empty place and told to walk to the back room the first thing I noticed was the wax pot covered in aluminum foil. I asked about it and tech told me it was to keep the wax hot? But when she applied there was no heat/warmth she could have easily rolled a glue stick over my brows. They were friendly but the lack of skills might be why they were empty. YouTube here I come. :-(
