My girl and I went here, she got her hands and feet done I got my alligator/crocodile feet done. They did fine on me with no complaints but they made my girls hand bleed and made her walk without slippers after having her toes painted. They charger extra for stuff she said places don't normally charge for. So at $105 for two sets of feet and one set of hands, I think this could have been made a better experience in the nail world if you get what I mean. There's other places on and around spencer hwy that they can much better for a tad cheaper. read more

I LOVE this place I recently moved to Deer Park from downtown Houston and couldn't find a good nail shop. I tried Marcel's , Nail Club and even the one at the Walmart store and ALL 3 destroyed my eyebrows and didn't know how to do a proper manicure neither cut nor pushed the cuticle but had all the tools out to do one but didn't and charged me as if they did. Then I said I'm going back downtown to my old place I'll drive ALL the way over then I ran into this little place on my way to the beltway I walked in and that's it they knew how to do a good manicure and very nice shellac polish, this is my second trip there and will continue to go read more

Poor customer service. Was told the very basic pedicure I asked for was $25. After my pedicure and full set was told it was $90. When I asked why so much she said the pedicure was $40. I don't think that's right to tell you 1 price and charge you a lot more. The nail tech also cut 2 of my fingers to the point of bleeding. Not worth it at all. read more

I went In this establishment and had my nails and feet done. I received the Dip manicure and a shellac pedicure. The lady did my nails and she rushed the whole time because they were horribly understaffed due to COVID-19 . So both the techs finished my nails and feet and I left the establishment! Let's fast forward to a couple of days later and my nails start falling apart, the top coat started rubbing off THEN the dip portion came off as well and BOOM, you can see my regular nail! So I went back to get my dip just completely taking off my nails , because at this point they jus need to be redone. So I get it taking off and she asks me did I PAY? YOU WANT ME TO PAY FOR THE TAKE OFF? AFTER I JUST SPENT 80 dollars in here last week?! WOW okay so I gave her the 10 dollars and let her know I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THERE. I wanted a polish change on my toes & powdered nails & she rolled her eyes and said, "we busy" & I replied and what does that mean you can't help me? Her response was "wait would be hour half". Would not recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money in such an unprofessional establishment. I would give it no stars if I could. I was in a rush and needed a solar set so I thought I would give this place a try. For the first time in my whole life I did not tip. I actually almost walked out because the nail tech (with a red birth mark on her face) was yelling at me for wanting my nails more coffin. 2 other paying customers left after hearing her shout. Mind you I kept calm because my daughter was sitting in the seat next to me and this crazy woman had my half finished nails in her hands. I waited until she was done, paid the price, did not tip and will not be going back. If people do not like their jobs they should quit. read more

A clean, nice,an inexpensive nail salon that offers Gel,powder, and Shellac. Anna and Au have done my nails and I have no issues with breaking, cracking, or chips. They Balance the nails out just right not too thick and not too thin. They offer a variety of powders, polish, and shellac colors. They have several inexpensive pedicure options ( I recommend) the works pedicure with lemongrass essential oils. Have a glass of wine or a cold beverage while getting your pedicure and relax. They also offer waxing of the brows, lip, or face. The staff is very friendly and they have non latex gloves for those who have latex allergies. I love the fact they have many options to choose from and they don't rip you off and charge high dollar for the great work they do. I've recommended many friends and family to Nail Works and I have not heard of a complaint yet. It's convenient to get to off spencer and plenty of space to park. They make you feel great before walking out the door, they speak to you like a friend not a customer. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. This is my first time coming to the nail salon. A very clean place. Very nice and pleasant people. There wasn't a wait because of the time of the day that I was there, so I was able to be seated as soon after chose my nail color. The nail technician did a great job on my pedicure. It also didn't take a long time to complete them either. The price wasn't bad either, because it was $23 for a pedicure in a massage chair with a salt/sugar scrub. I almost fell asleep. I wish the calf massage would have been longer. Lol! read more

Wouldn't recommend. Particularly if you have children. The woman working on my niece was borderline aggressive with a 3 year old because she was moving around. Literally stormed off because some water made its way onto the floor.. as my sister and I started getting our stuff together she decided to continue being unprofessional... yelling and hollering. Wanted to get fresh with my sister, I mean she told us to shut up, and seemingly was ready to get physical. We were there all of 15 mins before this woman ran us out the door with her complete lack of etiquette. I still can't believe she was so rude. Grabbing my niece up as if that's acceptable and growing more aggressive. If you can't handle kids or deal with children you shouldn't offer services for them. Hell, even allow them in. I hope she's ashamed of herself which I doubt considering how quickly she was willing to be awful. Again, I wouldn't recommend it's very clear and obvious why their establishment is empty.
