My toenails naturally curve, so I usually avoid French tips, but Tony shaped my nails so perfectly that I actually wanted a French tip for the first time ever. He has such a warm personality, provided outstanding service, and has an incredibly steady hand. T was just as phenomenal. After I booked, she had me text her so she could understand exactly what I wanted and match me with the right technician. She walked me through the entire process, checking in every step of the way to make sure I was happy. This was my first visit, and I can confidently say this will be my new go-to nail shop!

She was talking to someone else while using the filing tool and wasn't even looking at what she was doing. I kept pulling away because I knew she was going to cut me which she did. My nails came out so much worse than when I came in and are all lumpy with bubbles in them. One is completely crooked and a whole different color. They aren't at all the shape they were originally and truly looks like a toddler did them. It cost me $45 which is more than I pay any where else for a fill but she was close by so I chose to go in anyways. Really would think twice before going here and really wish I would have had the courage to speak up at the end and have her redo them rather than pay for them.

I wanted a certain design done that day but because of the treatment I was getting I just went with something basic and simple so I could leave because it was definitely not a good one. Went in for a pedicure, Christine helped me- she talked me/shamed me into callous remover again... ok yeah maybe I needed it! Then argued about the color I chose. I told her before we started that my big toe was sore and to please be gentle. She was very rough and dug deep, and when I reacted, she said " I don't want to hurt you, but do you want me to fix it or not? I can just leave it and you can be in pain".. uhh ok, I said yes please fix it but it still hurts and I'm going to react! Then comes callous remover machine thing and she's grinding my foot like it's not attached.. super rushed and rough again (did I see smoke?). This time I didn't say anything, just waiting for it all to be over so I could get out of there. Then the massage was just meh, rubbing one side of leg till it was numb, while looking out the window, then the other until their little timer went off. And I noticed the tools weren't sanitized/just kept loosely in a pile in her cart...and when she was using them, she'd just toss them back in the cart.. I wish I could say I'd go back... but Christine kind of killed it for me. $40 later.... Also there was no one there on a holiday weekend Saturday morning? Weird.
