My toenails naturally curve, so I usually avoid French tips, but Tony shaped my nails so perfectly that I actually wanted a French tip for the first time ever. He has such a warm personality, provided outstanding service, and has an incredibly steady hand. T was just as phenomenal. After I booked, she had me text her so she could understand exactly what I wanted and match me with the right technician. She walked me through the entire process, checking in every step of the way to make sure I was happy. This was my first visit, and I can confidently say this will be my new go-to nail shop!

He spent over two hours creating a masterpiece, showing more precision and design focus than I ever thought possible. He didn't rush through the cuticle work; he treated my fingers like fine art. Ethan was super kind and made sure the almond shape was perfect before finishing. It's safe to say, he NAILed it. The precision work to ensure every single nail was mathematically symmetrical, and as a result, my nails are flawless, strong, and shining. She was talking to someone else while using the filing tool and wasn't even looking at what she was doing. I kept pulling away because I knew she was going to cut me which she did. My nails came out so much worse than when I came in and are all lumpy with bubbles in them. One is completely crooked and a whole different color. They aren't at all the shape they were originally and truly looks like a toddler did them. It cost me $45 which is more than I pay any where else for a fill but she was close by so I chose to go in anyways. Really would think twice before going here and really wish I would have had the courage to speak up at the end and have her redo them rather than pay for them.

I need to make sure I don't have the same manicurist next time. I will go here again just cause it's convenient, clean and the pedicurist( one with glasses) is nicer .
