Been here several times. I've had my toes and nails done by different girls. Its fair priced and the work is good. I just wish they had something like a TV where you can still have something to do when you've run out of magazines and the girls are chatting to each other in another language. read more

There is nothing special about this salon. It is not clean and the staff is not friendly. I had a peticure and i paid extra for calous removal and she literally ran the pumice over my feet a few quick swipes. The massage was really just a quick rub and the actual polish was applied quickly and not very neatly. No base or top coat was used. Seemed very rush. Prices are a bit high, especially considering the service. I just moved to this area and this is would have been my local shop? But I don't think I will go back. read more

We moved to California over 3 1/2 years ago. Me and my girls tried several different nail places but nothing was like going to Nail Tech. Mindy and Sophie are the best there is. They always do an excellent job and always make sure you are satisified with your nails and pedis. I will only get my nails and pedis done at Nail Tech and go every month. Disappointed. The nail tech was very friendly and nice which was great. Unfortunately her work was below average . First of all, I had gel nails on that she attempted to take off, leaving all the sides. Then when she painted my nails she left so much space on the corners and cuticles that you could see nail polish missing. A few of my nails were clumsy as well as filed crooked. Lastly when I went to pay I was told they only accept cash!! We are in 2020 and I never carry cash so I had to use an atm. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!!!! The definition of a manicure= "a cosmetic treatment of the hands involving CUTTING, shaping, and often painting of the nails, REMOVING CUTICLES" I walked in and asked for a gel manicure. After them all giving a disgusting face, someone sat me down to start my manicure. All she was doing was soaking my nails and filing. After asking multiple times if she could cut my cuticles and hangnails, all the staff started to get involved and angrily told me they don't cut nails!!!! I said "what do you mean you don't cut?" The main lady presumed to tell me in such a nasty tone that they never cut during manicures, that they only file and paint. I was so confused. She then told me that she would never expose her employees to blood!!! I was like" if you're cutting my cuticles properly there shouldn't be any blood!" She then told me that I should probably leave because they can't help me. I WAS MORTIFIED! So my nails were never finished!!!! NEVER GO THERE!!! Don't waste your time and your money!!!!! They should be embarrassed to even be running a business! read more

I called to make a same day appt for a gel manicure, they got me in right away. I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes and they did a really good job! The manicurist was very chatty and friendly too, which was also a plus. Nice nail salon. read more

I loved my visit! I got off late and Mindy was soo nice and she still took me in. She did a FANTASTIC job on my nails. The design I wanted she did not have the sparkle to do it, but she tried her best to do something even better then what I wanted. My nails are shorter then usual and she did the powder dip so they would grow. I loved everything about the place, the people are super nice, and very accommodating. Mindy did not rush and she did a wonderful job. I appreciate her and would definitely recommend this place. I am excited for my second nail appoint with Mindy sometime before Thanksgiving! I've been going here for several years and every time I try a new place, they never stack up to Nail Tech. I'm big on the "clean factor" with nail salons and this place is very clean. They wipe everything down in between clients and use fresh tools with each client. The staff is very nice and always quite accommodating, they have a large magazine selection, they give great foot/leg massages and they have a ton colors. The only thing they do that I'm not a huge fan of is that you can't pay with ATM anymore (cash and checks are accepted); not a deal breaker with all of the other pluses, but something to be aware of before you go in. read more

Walked in with no appointment on a Sunday afternoon, they were very busy and asked if I could come back in 30 min. Went back after 30 min and they took me right away. Place is clean and the chairs are nice. $35 for the special pedi, included callous treatment, mask, scrub and massage. Found my new favorite place - would just recommend making an appointment. read more

The last time I went the owner did my nails and was visibly frustrated with me because I didn't relax my hand enough. Literally the worst experience I've ever had at any nail salon ever. My boyfriend got me a gift card for the gel manicure, and when I went in I said I wanted just the tip painted and was told it would be 7$ more. I reluctantly said why not, and chose the color I wanted. The woman who was taking to me was not the one to do my nails though, and since the one who actually did it can't speak English, she gave me a French tip manicure.... Well I clean houses for a living and I told her this was not what I asked for. She told me "sorry, maybe next time you can get the other color" like I would ever give her my business again! And still charged me $7 more for what I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR. Needless to say, they looked ok for 2 days and I hated them after and was pissed I was even nice enough to pay her when she was so rude to me. Made an appointment for 4 (3 adults and my 9 year old niece) and two of us were taken to pedi chairs right away. The other two had a bit of a wait but it wasn't long. They were super patient with my niece, accommodating her request for some pretty spectacular nails. In the end, didn't even charge us for her designs. Beware. Quality not great and more expensive plus attitude. Yesterday my husband took our daughter and son who are both in wheelchairs there while we were back at our house up here for weekend . Given how offensive to me last few times tried to get in compared to the place I go in San Diego which is always five star, this place, never have time and just rude about it so I refuse to go there again. Cut two of my daughter's toes around the nail and bleeding when got home. Another toe cut too, but not as badly. Seriously. Recommend try the nail place on madison or close by on Greenback. Got gel nails two days ago. One chipped severely today, which tells me they weren't done well. Walked in to the same place, explained what happened and if I could the one nail done real quick. She glanced around nonchalantly and told me it would be 30-45 minutes. I asked "for one nail??" She said yes. Obviously they don't care to stand behind their work and fix what they screwed up.
