Nail Tech - My nails are always dialed in! - Nail Salons Near Me - Fair Oaks, California

When I walked in I was inquiring about pedicure for 3 people and she told me yes they could do it then she told me they take Venmo or cash which honestly worked well for me and I'm glad she communicated up front. We all got in at the same time I think the massage part was done so well and the polish on all 3 were great. I would stop by again :) read more

Today I walked in to nail tech in Fair Oaks and asked how much it would cost to have my regular polish removed from my nails and clear painted. The lady looked at my nails and scrutinizing them and said they were gel. I told her they're not gel I don't do gel nails. She grabbed my hand aggressively again and looked again. She then pushed my hand down and said, "yes they are gel, I'm positive," I Asian said ma'am, they are not gel. I don't do gel. She looked at me and walked away. The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They most definitely lost a customer. read more

Do not recommend this place. I dropped my daughter off to get acrylic nails done and came in and confirmed the price before I left. Once I came back to pay the price it jumped from $35-$60 because of the shape of the nail. Once I said I was upset because I confirmed the price before I left. She said my daughter can sit back down and get the nails removed so very rude. read more

The pedicure was ok.... Slightly disappointed with the lack of massage, and no top coat on my toe nails. THEY DONT TAKE CARDS! Even if it says online they do! Thy have an ATM in the back which feels sketchy to me. read more

I'm very picky with my nail shape and usually have to re-file my nails after, but Nail Tech is one of the few nail shops that gets my shape right! Ladies, you know the struggle of asking for coffin shape, yet they are never sharp enough or too curvy. Well, look no further- this is the nail shop for you. Everyone is also friendly and the customer service is stellar. Request Tracy for pedicures! read more

Nail Tech - Coffin shaped mood changing dip powder on natural nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Fair Oaks, California

Clean and efficient, great service. I've had both Gel and dip powder manicures and pedicures. All good.

Very nice place and friendly staff. Unfortunately when I went in for a pedicure I'm pretty sure the girl doing mine was training. I paid $65 for a luxury pedicure and gel polish. The girl burned me several times with the paraffin wax,hot stones, and water. To top it all off the was no massage which was a big reason as to why I went in. read more

I love this place! Staff are so friendly and accommodating. They are very popular and always busy, so make an appointment!!!! People always seem shocked when they are too busy for a walk-in but it's a popular place so plan ahead! Their pedicures are amazing (even my 12 year old son loves them here!) and there is a big selection of gel colors. They treat both of my very children well and always add designs for my daughter both kids are fans and add their own stars read more

Nail Tech - Nail Salons Near Me - Fair Oaks, California

My favorite nail salon in all of Sacramento! My mom and I have been coming here since they opened many years ago! Mindy and the ladies are all so amazing. They are friendly, sweet, hard working woman who know what they are doing. I've never left disappointed in a gel manicure, a pedicure or even a full set or fill. They have many different nail colors to choose from; both gel and regular. Even though they are busy, they ALWAYS work you into the schedule while taking their time and doing a thorough job. I've never felt like I've been rushed in and out like other nail salons do. If your looking for a wonderful salon where everyone does an amazing job while maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, Nail Tech is the place! read more

Worst place ever. 1. They laughed at the ladies feet they worked on as I got my pedicure- next to meawkward, and terrible! 2. The owner did my nails. She pulled at my hands constantly as if she was irritated- and could never get the right angle for her, Or her fancy acrylic sucking filter light- I felt Like I was being arm wrestled 3. I knew the color I wanted, it was never a question- She ask's me 8 times what color I want to do saying what I want is no longer the trend, and shows me several options I absolutely have no interest in- 4. On top of still doing my nails "her trendy way" when I clearly from the start stated all chrome- I have to know stay another hour while she un-does her "trend" that I never asked for . 5. See pictures below - Had it not be 6 p.m. and no other place to go to fix this disaster- I would have walked out. I cannot make this up- by the time she was doing "her personal trend" nail color- (which was to put chrome on only two of my nails on each hand- I was still in disbelief that she truly was just doing her own thing. That is when I had to flat out tell her, Look unless you are paying for these- please just Do what I have asked you. I cannot make this stuff up- what a joke and a nightmare! She charged me every penny and even for coffin . Definitely come here if you want the worst experience of your life and have time to waste! read more

I called last minute and asked for two specific people that my coworker had suggested. This Sophie girl said we can do it now. I showed up and she sat me with whoever was available, not who I requested. She should have just told me they weren't available when I called and I would have made an appointment when they were available. My gel nails have bubbles and streaky lines through them. They were very rude. When I asked if she could file my left hand fingernails like she did the right hand fingernails she was annoyed but she is the one who forgot. They looked grumpy the whole time and didn't say a word to me even after I paid. I rarely ever leave reviews but I will never come again. I'm annoyed that I wasted my time and money at such a rude establishment. read more

Great service - comfortable and clean shop. Lots of variety to choose from - nail style, polishes, gels, etc... This shop came highly recommended on social media. Mindy does my nails, however, looks like everyone in there is good. A little more pricey, but a very nice shop - kinda get what you pay for! :) I would go in by appointment, they appear fairly busy. **The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is they do not accept debit or credit cards - CASH only. Even though they have an ATM in the shop for a small fee - that is an inconvenience these days not to use a debit card. read more

I'm giving another star because after being stupid and snapping one of my nails almost in half down on the nail bed (no fault of the integrity of the nail) it was incredibly painful and I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep my natural nail but Sophia took care of me. She was so patient and gentle with my damaged finger and the nails came out flawless as always. If you are not on the dip nail train yet, you need to be. read more

Me:"Hi. I'd like to make an appointment for one fill and one gel manicure." Woman at Nail Tech:*Long, heavy, irritated sigh* Wait, how many people are coming? Me:"Um, two. So one person wants a fill, one person wants a gel manicure." And that's how my adventure started here. From there, my friend and I were here for about an hour and a 1/2. I chose an ombre design for my nails that turned out horribly wrong. The paint was put on my nails, unevenly, and then just blotted with a sponge. The color was distorted. There was no fade, just jagged lines and some glitter on top. They immediately fixed it, which I appreciated it. But from all the buffing, my nails now barely exist. They're so thin now and still slightly hurt when touched. Also, the cuticle areas of my nails were cut and I now have small red, sore marks surrounding my nails. I'm also fairly certain, from some attitude I received, that some not nice things were said about me post my request to have my nails fixed. The woman who was working on my friend's nails did an amazing job on my hers. She was very kind, and eager to help solve the problem. I do appreciate her attentiveness. However, I think it's fair to say that I will never return again. read more

This salon is so rude. I've walked in 2x to see about getting a pedicure or fill. Each time I've not been greeted then asked what I'm there for. I state the service I need and each time they yell " we don't have time for that". And that's it. So damn rude. read more

Walked through the door ..they asked me what I was there for? I said a pedicure. They told me in unison "We got no time"..Not come back in 15-30..Not we are super busy maybe wait until they were done..No one was waiting to be seated next by the way. Why ask what I was in for if you are not going to service me? If you are so busy and cannot serve me, I should have been told that from the beginning. I have walked by this salon several times debating if i should go in and when I did..WOW!! Racist much? I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. This salon can get the middle and if you choose to go still..the reviews speak for themselves..You were warned. read more

I give 0 stars to this dump. My gel nails literally lasted 4 days and they wanted me to pay 12 dollars for them to fix their mistake! If you want a good nail place in the area go to choice nails in Folsom. That is where I normally go and my nails last 3 weeks ask for Kylie or Amber. Don't waste you time here! They are rude and the quality of service and product aren't worth the time! read more

I called ahead for a pedicure appointment. When I came in, I let the girl know that I had a gift certificate. She was agreeable and then another girl came running up and informed me loudly that my gift certificate was no longer valid under their new owners. No apology, just a curt statement. It was embarrassing as if I had done something wrong. I said I'd like to have a pedicure anyways and I'd pay for it. Tracy did my pedicure and did an excellent job! Very neat and professional. Nail Tech is 2 STARS... Tracy is 5 STARS! read more

I hate to say it, but I really didn't care for this place. The salon seems clean, pleasant enough environment, but pitiful pedicure. Now, it could be the person who did my pedicure and not their typical salon standard, but I don't know that I'd go back to test that theory. She literally almost did no scrubbing at all, she probably ran the foot file over the heels and balls of feet three times, and I mean like three individual scrubs each. Her foot/calf massage was more like lightly rubbing lotion into my skin, no pressure whatsoever. My toes were nicely painted, though that wasn't complicated because I didn't do a design. That's really about all that I can compliment on that pedicure. Also, beware that they don't take card (debit or credit); so have cash, (maybe check), or be ready to use their ATM. Credit where credit is due, I don't think their machine charged me an additional fee; I believe the only additional fee was from my bank. read more

when you pay for a pedicure it should be what it says 50 minute, Jesus seriously the girl was in the biggest hurry never looked at me never said 1 word Rude, not even 30 minutes and the worst I've had not going there again and don't recommend it I'll be sure to spread the word, and if you ask questions why such a short pedicure they don't know English they only know money ridiculous and their husbands that come to pick them up must you smoke at the door and then litter and fire hazard fire season leave your cigarette butts on the ground I know your new car has a ash tray don't litter pack your butts rude and against the law doing what your doing read more

Been to dozens of nail salons in my time and this one is by far the cleanest, nicest girls, and they do a perfect job on my nails. They take their time and sanitize everything well. The warm towels they use smell so fresh and nice when they do my pedicures. I want to love this place but it's just not so. The location is very good. Unfortunately, I suggest finding another place if you need your nails or toes done. The customer service STINKS. I overheard one employee speaking to what seemed to be a "regular" client and I was appalled at the manor in which this sweet older lady was spoken to. When getting a pedi here the employees hardly look at or speak to you. The owner seems to be watching his employees every move. They don't take debit cards. Cash only. For me, this is very inconvenient. Super bummed but if I could give zero stars, I would. :( read more

One star only because negative stars are not available. Walked in without an appointment today with my friend and the first thing the lady says "do you have an appointment?" I just went here today, and based on the ratings from my friends, I was expecting fabulous. Which was exactly what I got. Based on other manicure prices I've seen/heard of, (being around 60$)this place was reasonably priced.(35$ for a full beautiful acrylic set) The staff(especially Mindy who did my nails) was very nice. I went to Nail tech not exactly knowing what I wanted, and asked Mindy for advice. She knew exactly what colors were in season and style, and gave me above and beyond of what I expected. The only tiny issue I had was that it took a little long to do my nails. But, perfection takes time! Would definitely recommend this place. read more
