Let's start with how clean the salon is. I am always greeted by Lee who usually does my pedi, but today I sat with Tina. I got the #3 on the menu and #WOW did I fall asleep. Tina was just perfect for me, as I'm just a simple gal. I stand on my feet all day and I needed this massage. I would recommend this place to everyone I would just never like to see anyone on my days there. It's very relaxing and comfortable. They remember you once you come often. I got here first thing in the morning and it was completely empty. This should have been a red flag. This place was very dirty, the chairs, the countertops, the floors and clear plastic partitions all gross. The lady was in a very big rush. I think it was the fastest pedicure I've ever had. In and out in under 20 minutes. The nails were trimmed unevenly, she painted my nails with my shoes on (this is a first for me). The paint job was not great. The massage on may feet and legs we to rub in the lotion and oil, no more the 1 minute on each leg. She never offered me water or anything to drink. She never offer any other service, ( not that I would have done anything else anyway). Then she fanned my toes for less then a minute with a Laminated menu. She told me how much I owed, which was more then the menu showed. I just payed because I didn't want to be confrontational over and extra $10. However, I won't be coming back. Place looks clean, they have lots of gel colors, that's why I'm giving it 1 stars or else I would give it zero. Will definitely NOT come here again. Lady that did my nails was extremely rude, by the way her name is Annie.... Older lady. I'm normally not that picky with my nails as long as the shape is good and they file, so they dont look all thick. This lady left them all uneven. I asked for coffin shape since they were already that shape. Ended up with square uneven nails. I asked if she can file a nail since it was longer then the other one, and it was really noticeable, and she grabbed my hand and said WHICH ONE! Then she started talking her language. I new she was talking about. I really just wanted to walk out. Dont recommend this place to anyone unless you like walking around with crooked nails. read more

After a long day on my feet I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. I was quoted a 20-30 minute wait. Ended up waiting for about 45 minutes (that was fine since I was in a great mood). Woman A that started my pedicure scrubbed so hard that she made me bleed. Then woman B decided to switch without saying a word to me. After polishing my nails she spilled white nail polish on my toe because she was rushing and didn't apologized just laughed at herself and went on with her work. IF THEY TELL YOU IT IS LONGER THAN 25 MINS GO ELSE WHERE! They would rather try to fit everyone in than focus on the clients they are already working on. read more

Got in quickly without an appointment so that was nice. Once greeted, they immediately started talking money. When I said I only wanted the "regular" pedicure the girls mood totally changed and did a half ass job. Paint all over my skin and not cleaned, max 1 minute massage and not even a "bye, see you next time". I've been there before for a gel manicure and it sucked but thought I'd try it once more. I went in they said it would cost me $56 for a gel mani and pedi which I think might be a little higher considering I'm not getting acrylic, I didn't like any of their gel colors so I asked for a gel French mani. They said it's $10 more. So it would be almost $70 for no acrylic. I didn't even have polish on when I came in. I just think that is over priced what do you guys think? So I ended up just getting a mani and pedi no polish. It cost me $40 my nails were still dirty underneath they didn't even clean them right I won't be going back read more

I decided to go to this place since I saw a good review here on yelp. Big mistake...when you have to tell someone that a line is crooked, theres nail polish on my skin or the french manicure white line is crooked..SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE!!! I had to go home and FILE AWAY the bad job they did and I am tring to save money so I am stuck with this bad nail job till my next fill. Totally regret wasting my money here!! Came here after reading all these wonderful reviews only to be disappointed. The older lady at the front greeted me with a "WHAT YOU WANT" after informing her I wanted a spa pedicure she lead me to the massage chair. The water burned my feet I told her it was too hot and she rolled her eyes at me. After being abandoned for 10 min my pedicure tech arrived. I asked her if she could help me turn on my massage chair, hence the point of a spa pedicure, only to be let down because she said it was broken. Mind you I was still charged the same price for a spa pedicure even though I didn't not receive all the perks of one. Not once was I offered extra services no flower, extra foot rub, paraffin treatment, which I love and always get. The pedicure and massage were so-so a little foot massage would've been nice. Took about a total of 20 min, 10 of which I was just sitting and waiting. If you want a great experience go somewhere else. read more

As an update to my recent review, 3 of my nails that I just got 4 days ago are already lifted and my cuticles are still red and inflamed from all the cuts the lady gave me while doing my nails. I also forgot to mention all the air bubbles in my nails, I had to resort to painting my nails to cover it up, defeats the purpose of my getting white tips to avoid nail polish chipping, this place is a total waste of money. read more

This was by far the worst nail experience I have ever had. They spent less than 8 minute on my mani pedi (no I did not time them...I had received a call when I started this mess and then looked at the phone when they were done). The lady doing my finger nails cut me so bad that even with the blue painful solution that they put on my finger it still bled. My favorite part is they switch people after she cut me and the lady immediately asked for payment. Really!!! Horrible place. Got my nails done the lady put piles of nail paint on it was tried when I left. At night when I went to the party & wore close toe shoes nail paint got stuck with my Toes. I came back the next morning at 9 am and told them to fix it, she said I ruined it for my self! They will charge me $6 for it. read more

I've been to this nail salon twice in the past with no issues. Each time they did a good job with my mani/pedi. Today I walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from any of the staff. There was a nail tech right next to the register area who did not even look up. After waiting at the register for 5 minutes, I sat down and waited in close proximity to the register area and in full view of every nail tech/staff member there. Another tech walked to the register area, answered the phone and walked right past me with no acknowledgement. That was enough for me. Apparently,they don't need or appreciate my business, so I left without saying a word. I will not return to this place. Horrible customer service skills. Customer service is everything and I refuse to spend my hard earned money at a place with terrible customer service. I would give it ZERO stars if that was possible. read more

Rude. Came in with no wait..they started to take off my gel nail polish and in walked three customers 10 minutes into my manicure who apparently had an appointment that they forgot about. The lady asked me if I could wait 30 min so they could help them. Well, seeing that she STARTED my manicure , I didn't have a choice. I moved aside and another lady became available like 15 minutes later and finished my manicure. Then they persisted to tell me to make an appointment next time if I didn't wanna wait. Wtf? There was no one in here when I walked in. The manicure came out okay..they have a ton of colors but not the updated dryers. I am a very loyal and happy customer at this salon. I always bounce from salon to salon trying to find the right salon that does a good job and this salon is it! Lee is my girl, she does exactly what I want and she does it so well. I live in Newport now but I still drive out to Fontana every 2 weeks just to get my nails done by her. So I was literally just there I walked in and informed them I needed my eyebrows done .... she simply said "OK" and nothing else and didn't say anything again I sat there for a bit they didn't inform me it would be a minute or anything for that matter they went about there business and I sat there unaware of any time frame. Was here for 2 hrs cuz they couldn't polish right...then tells me it's good now so I get up n then she touches n puts finger prints n so says oh I fix it ..& says pay now then double layers over n over... I m like hmmmm... So then it wouldn't dry for almost an hr then Says oh it's cuz she didn't wipe the oil before putting on the polish so takes off the whole polish n then wipes off with acetone but the same shit... So i decided to try this place out since the normal spot i go to is in corona and that's a bit of a drive for me. My pedicure came out good, but I'm definitely disappointed in my nails. I wanted a red, glittery color. The girl that did my pedi recommended that i use another red underneath it because the glitter one alone wasn't dark enough. It came out good on my feet, but my nails look terrible. She should have done two coats of the red underneath cuz they look like a weird pinkish-red color. plus, they are all shaped differently.. some are more round looking, some look more square. She was supposed to paint the tips, and on two of my fingers the paint is not down enough and you can see where the tip of the nail begins. To top it all off, she made my finger bleed with the machine they sand your nails down with whatever its called. I will not be returning. I will make the drive to corona next time for quality work. read more
